My husband booked us (me and my son) the room but when we got there they didn’t have a room with 2 beds for us so we didn’t stay there.

I reserved a room with a king size bed,when I got there I was told none was available. So we took a two double bed room. The room was dirty, the beds are old. The second night our key card didn't work.

Super nice associate. NO BUGS
Small beds and room has an odor.

The room was clean
Water took more than 10 minutes to get warm. No TV service though one in room. Mattress had loose springs that I had to work around. Room across from truck stop and desk would not allow us a room on the other side though the hotel not full.

We had been traveling all day, and it was pretty late at night when we arrived. The woman who checked us in was so kind and helpful. She was patient while I located our driver's license. Thank you!

No breakfast was offered. The lady at the desk was very new and wasn't able to complete the computer work but did get help and was very nice during the entire deal.
The parking lot was limited by a crew of roofers but that is just how it works when you need to replace and/or update the facilities. The crew was friendly and the motel staff did a good job of explaining the situation

The staff was very friendly and easy to help. The housekeepers always asked if you need your room touched up or need fresh towels.
I found 2 crickets in the room. Nothing to put ice in. The area on the floor near the clothing rack was flooded from the rain in room 103
