Cockroaches!

DISGUSTING! Roaches, bed bugs, dirty. Literally opened the door and roaches scattered. We had to cancel completely, as did multiple other people that day.

I liked the breakfast in the morning and what they served

That some of the housekeepers were rude and answer back harshly.

The staff if very nice

The price is way to much and getting worse. I have lives here for 9 months and just keep paying more every week

Room was not stocked up with the towels, toiletries etc.~we had to physically go to the front desk to get them. Phones in the room did not work at all to call front desk, we had to physically walk to the front desk if we needed anything. (we were 3 buildings away 3rd floor)

The location.

We had 2 rooms, one smelled like cigarettes and the other like dogs. We stayed 2 nights rooms were not cleaned and we had to go ask for clean towels and take our dirty ones to the office. Water in one shower kept running. No ice in ice machine. Place needs a serious update. You advertised free breakfast included, and there was no breakfast.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms were extremely dirty. There were roaches in the room and bed bugs. The walls were dirty and peeled. Front desk was extremely rude and did not provide clean towels. No continental breakfast available. There were people in the swimming pool that were not guests at the hotel, we saw them leaving through a hole in the fence.

Smelled of smoke and urine. ROACH infested! Worst place I've seen. Luckily was able to get money back and leave

Absolutely nothing

The first room that me and my husband were placed in had blood stains and bugs all over the mattress and box spring. Some bugs were moving still and some were dead. The smell of the room was terrible moth ball and wet basement smell. We made the motel aware of this problem immediately at this point she placed us in another room. The smell of this room was a little better but not much. On the other hand this room was in terrible condition. The bathroom lights did not work. The internet did not work in this room not sure if it's because it's located on the opposite end of the motel or what the problem was either way the office did not try and help us figure out what the problem was. All she could tell me was that she didn't know what to tell me because the wifi was working just fine for her. Needless to say she has absolutely terrible customer service skills. She showed no concern or sympathy for me and my husband which is unexpected and unacceptable. We spend a lot of money with Super 8 and with Booking.
