My air-conditioning in the work room smell like mold

It was close to the Railbird Festival venue it was quiet and comfortable l wish it had been a bit chu

I thought the price was higher than I expected

Front desk gentleman in the morning was very pleasant.

Outdated. Hallways and side entrances were flooded with debris (tools, junk piles and trash). Plumbing is HORRIBLE!!!! Toilets don't even flush a little bit of toilet paper. Drains barely drain. Toilet was cracked on the tank. Tiles were broken. Curtains were full of holes and falling down. Disgusting!!!!

Location was good.

It could use a little TLC from maintenance.

I did not stay in this place. It was very nasty and scary. There was duct tape holding carpet together. It smelled bad. The hallways and floors where falling apart. There where people constantly watching out their window when we were at our car. There was no lights on the outside of the building. There was stains on the comforter and bedding. The fridge in the room was ticking loudly. The bathroom was dirty. The front desk lady asked for a $100 cash deposit. I have never had someone ask for $100 deposit when using booking. Also when I told the Receptionist that I was leaving I do not believe she checked me out. I asked for a recipe which she did give me. The time stamp on the receipt is when we left and that was approximately 5-10 mins after checking In and receiving our room key. We went someplace else cleaner and more secure. I WANT A REFUND!
