Nice rooms and beds. Frances at front desk was great as were all the employees. Overall a very good value. Fridge and microwave were appreciated.

The metal bases on beds made a loud popping noise when entering or turning over. The mattress and pillows were nice though. Breakfast was basic but ok. Could have used toast or bagels etc.

The room was filthy. The shower curtain looked like it was never cleaned. There wasn’t any cable so watching TV wasn’t possible. Not to mention the remote control was disgusting and caked with dirt and grime. We had a baby copperhead snake slither into our room through the crack at the bottom of our door. When we contacted the front desk it took quite a while for them to even come take care of it. Instead of offering us another room they told us to just stuff towels under the door to cover the huge gap so nothing else could get in. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom. The plug for the hairdryer in the room was broken with wires sticking out of it. Luckily my friend saw it before she plugged it in or she could have been electrocuted.

Wyndham property adds value to the pricing but not much else. Stuck in the 90s appeal. Phone didn't work. You should know Celcius with the air conditioning system. Check in process was ineffective at the 3pm mark. King Room wouldn't be ready until 330pm. Since this is a Wyndham property, they might save the Housekeeping some time by adjusting the check-in time to 4pm. The layout of the building is confusing. One central area to pass through the building. Parking only in front. The rooms on the Pool side are a hike from the parking.

poor bkfst....very little for a diabetic...all cereal was sugar laden! Poor choices.

The room was dirty there were bedbugs I had to clean the bathroom myself, because the toilet was dirty floor hadn’t been mopped. There was a Loud person next to me you can hear everything they were saying.
