It was close to where we needed to be
The room was pretty gross. The carpet was very stained, everything was dirty. The ice maker was broken and they wanted us to go to another hotel to get ice. The walls had holes all in them which was sketchy. The location was also a bit sketchy.

Nothing nice to say
Nothing to be honest i got chaege incidentals of $15 everyday thats $15 charge everyday got taken out of my bank acct. When i said something to the fron u deak clerk she was ride and had told us she wasnt going to give us a room and ahe doest care so im now looking into my bank acct and i had gotten charged for 2 day i did not stay there from thebsame employee. my veterans disabilities lawyers are being called.

The staff was helpful and nice

Friendly staff from the time we walked in and on the phone. The bed was comfortable and clean bathroom.
For us the pillows were just a lil too firm.

On a long drive from Maine to Florida, Virginia seemed like a nice place to stop and sleep for the night. I feel lucky to have chosen Sleep Inn because the mattress and pillows were SO comfy! I wasn’t even here for 12 hours and didn’t even bother to look out the window, but I can say the desk agents who checked me in an out were pleasant and professional and I very much appreciated the breakfast before I hit the road again.

The room was clean. I needed the fridge and the microwave- they were clean.
I had stayed here a few years ago and was impressed with the property. This time everything seemed shabby. The carpet in the hallway was stained and worn. and paint was peeling on ceiling in Bathroom.

The side door didn’t lock. it’s not the worst neighborhood but it’s still rt 17 just west of I95

when we were packing up to leave, we noticed a bunch of tiny ants on the floor in our room. they got into our shoes.

Breakfast provided a good variety and was always well presented and convenient. Staff members are always helpful and courteous, and the property was clean and well kept.
WiFi was sometimes spotty, and they apparently have trouble with finding a dependable vendor for appliance repair for the dryer in the laundry and the ice machine. The ice machine was out when I got there, and was still out three weeks later when I left. Same for the dryer. Staff was apologetic and courteous, and were honest about not knowing when they would return to service. I'm quite glad about that, since the truth is always better than being promised something that one can't deliver on.

I liked the stand up shower and the mattress. As far as the breakfast, I really liked the options. The staff are highly respectful to guests.
The lighting in the room could be much better. Lamps are nice, but ONE main light for the entire room would be great. Having a light above the bathroom sink would be nice to have as well.
