I didn’t like that the cleaning crew came in my room (luggage still in room, personal belongings in room) before checkout and threw many things away!

The property is beautiful, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

There were issues with my reservation, as changes were made prior to my arrival. Marissa was excellent in resolving this for me, however, there was a staff member at the front desk (forgot to get her name) that was rude and could care less if our issue was resolved.

The shower door.. it pours water on the floor out of the door when getting a shower

The staff was friendly and hotel was clean. They changed our room when we needed it changed.

When we arrived the first day and we took showers the shower was like a sprinkler and the water wouldn't get hot. So they changed room. Then next room the air conditioner blowed right on to the bed and my husband left with a cold. You could hear the air conditioner all night like a machine working right n our room. It was my anniversary so kinda rough

clean and good location.

bar was very understaffed. very friendly but very busy! could use another bartender at peak times. also wished they cleaned rooms daily without the need to request. again, may be a staffing issue.

it was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers

They had an issue with the water being of for a couple of days in the city and I had to go to the desk several times letting them know about the shower not working, no blankets in the room, and the chair was dirty. Also I had to take a bird bath, disgusting. I was able to speak with management the next day and he avoided me as long as he could. I don’t plan to go back there again

Hvac sounded like a 737 taking off. Rom was 50 ft from the interstate as well

staff was very friendly and helpful

shuttle info from the airport was not very clear. we were looking for a Doubletree labeled shuttle and ignored the Homewood Suites shuttle which was more clearly labeled. 4 calls and 1 1/2 hours at the airport someone mentioned a share with the attached Homewood Suites.
