Nothing! Filthy on the outside, sketchy location and people lingering in the parking lot

The late night staff seemed a little bothered maybe because of past experiences I'm not sure but every guest should be treated fairly

I didn't have it. I liked the coffee maker in the room and the mini refrigerator worked well.
Night manager was not very helpful about early check in. Day manager was amazing and gave me a choice of rooms.

I was charged twice for my stay even after checking with the front desk guy that we would not get charged twice because he said our card was declined (yet they still charged this card). Called to fix it and they said they would refund it and said me an email. It's been a week and still haven't received the refund.

Shuttle service. Supposed to have breakfast. None was served. Some hotels. At least had bag breakfast. Should have been posted ahead of time.
No breakfast was told to us until check in. Poor service especially since we booked there for that reason

My son had a booking from 24-29th May’ 23 but he checked out from the hotel on 27th May' 23. Reasons for his early check-out were, he was having a lot of inconvenience while staying there like :
1. The hotel didn't have breakfast options but the booking was inclusive of breakfast. As the restaurant was not operative there, he had to totally rely on the food delivery for all his meals.
2. As this place was very far from his university, the OSU, he was having difficulty in commuting all through the way.
3. The room service was not up to the mark. They were not cleaning the room on time and regularly. After repeatedly requesting, the room was cleaned only once.
4. There were some security issues also that made him leave the hotel 2 days early.
Before checking out, he had asked the hotel for the cancellation of the remaining two nights i.e. 27-29th May' 23, and refund the balance amount. The hotel had assured him that they will give him the refund for the remaining two days that he didn't use the hotel for. We have emailed the hotel so many times to find that they never revert back. They are very very shrewd people. Cheating customers is their policy.

Major amenities for guest stay was not in my room- Refrigerator and microwave, it took them more than 48 hours to provide us with the appliances.

Look is deceiving, the look seen on internet is not the exact . The room is not clean every single pieces of fourniture in the room is dirty.

even though the property was older, it was still very clean and kept up quite well. The staff was amazing. Very nice and very helpful very pleasant and polite. I was back home from my mothers funeral and I left a few things and was I even left the room a little late that day but the staff was very kind about it.
In the refrigerator in my room did not work. It was plugged in and very clean, but it never called down at all. I did just get it an ice bucket and I try to keep my cool stuff packed in the sink with towels on top and I didn’t say anything to the staff. And even though it said there is cable on the TV, there’s probably only about eight channels and out of those eight channels four of them were too snowy to watch TV oh, and I was so looking forward to the swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance.

It was close to the airport. Shuttle service
Under construction, pool was empty, the non-smoking room reaked of smoke. Didn't even want to get into the bed because of the smoke smell. Restaurant and bar closed up. Also were told not to go out after dark.

Sink leaked, the room smelled like cat pee, there was no breakfast set out as advertised, some outlets did not work, a lot of bathroom fixtures were loose, bathroom fan did not work.

The front desk staff.Vondell.and Claude were exceptional. The drivers were helpful and made sure I got to the airport on time

Quiet location
Hotel room 6 doors down caught on fire and the smell is making my head hurt and now I can't sleep and I have to be up in 2 hours to get ready for work

The bed was comfortable. All the basic necessities were provided in the room. The room was large.
We were near a back door and consequently it was very noisy until around midnight with people going in and out. We heard people talking outside our window, kept me awake. The building is in dire need of maintenance and upgrading.

The dress board top and bed was dusty and light bulb was out. When I told the receptionist, she smirked and the issues weren’t attended to

I liked the staff as they were very nice
Room service skipped our room and we had to get new towels ourselves and the pool and breakfast were down
