I liked the location and the size of the room was nice. I also liked the shower, water pressure was good.

I booked 2 rooms and was quoted a price of $159 per room a night with complimentary parking, and breakfast. What I was charged was $210 per room. I told the people at the front desk I was told the parking was complimentary and they said they would remove it and didn't. The beds were hard, the sheets were rough and scratchy and the pillows need replaced. The bathroom had odd brown drips on the door and walls. Upon arrival it was a complicated process to get checked in.

The location was geat. It was close to everything we needed.

the breakfast is great and parking is convenient. Parking costs $15. The televisions are smart and offer Showtime.

the temperature in the room fluctuates wildly, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

If you are visiting the Dylan or Woody Guthrie Centers, this is the best hotel to book. The centers are right down the street in easy walking distance as are several nice restaurants. The parking is a very reasonable $15. The Arts District features 108 Contemporary (museum) which is another plus and they are all on the same block. The hotel has a nice little indoor pool which we used and a nice breakfast with lots of choices and decent coffee.
