Restaurant food was excellent

Room was across from ice machine and refrigerator in room was missing the temperature dial so it was not cold. Not sure why rooms are so expensive considering gambling is the purpose, more money to gamble if rooms were under $100 or better specials during the week?

When ordering food at the deli, they forgot my brownie. Called down there to tell them. Got hung up on. When I called back I got called a little bitch by one of there staff members. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. We stay at the little creek a few times a year and to be disrespected and treated like that made us not want to come back!! I did talk to the hotel manager about it but never heard anything back about the outcome. They obviously need training on respect and how to treat hotel guests!! I don't recommend getting food from the deli because the staff is obviously very unprofessional!
