It was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in. The room was nice and very spacious.

Someone checked us out an hour early. 11a instead of 12. We came back from our walk key didn’t work. I was told I needed ID but my wallet was in the room. The woman who denied me access actually checked us-in the night before We also chatted with her that morning. She only had 4 hours between shifts. When I got upset she said”I pissed her off” because I was upset.

Expected a Jacuzzi, as your email confirmed. Pool was outdoors and not filled. Desk clerk was not as caring, but curt.

The hotel room itself was a bit dated with limited plug ins.

it had been nicely updated since our last stay at this location.
The keys often didn’t work. our room was on the lower level and people propped the door open with rocks because of key situation. Made it difficult for dog walking and didn’t feel safe.

I was charged for two night when I stayed only one night -125.00 and change- I spoke to Toni at the property and she said they will refund us the money but needed u to refund me since it’s a third party- can you please credit my account - Toni said to call if you need anything - I hope to resolve this matter quickly

We were very disappointed that there was no breakfast. And it should be. So I think there should be some kind of refund for that.

the updates are very nice. we stay here twice a year ,so we notice and appreciate it.
