Front desk staff rude and not helpful

Close to interstate, staff made special effort to give adjoining rooms

I was really hoping for a grab and go type of breakfast. They did not have anything like this.

The room had a very dirty feel to it. The air conditioner was set to 60 degrees and the room was very musty.

FamilyLocation was perfect, room was dirty, hair in the bed by the bathroom, mold in the tub, cracks in the wall and floor around the toilet ! vacation,,, not a good start !

Easy basic hotel right by all kinds of quick food and gas. Hires young hip front desk. Pet friendly. It's older and a bit rough but it works. Nice beds and lots of pillows.

Front desk did not help much at all

After We checked in we got to our room. We tried to take showers. Theres was still hair from I'm assuming the prior guest in the tub/shower and on the shower walls, sink etc. Apparently the shower/sink were not cleaned. When I turned on the water, the water never got hot. I let the sink and the tub run for at least 10 miniutes. Then I called the front office and the girl working the desk gave me an attitude because I called to report the issue. She said she would note the file for management, but there was nobody there to do anything and that she could't move us to another room for some reason. So no showers could be taken. The next morning we went to check out and there was a different girl working the desk. She said there was notes in the file but again there was no manager around to talk to. Dont waste your money at this place

The tv channels. Bed was ok. Loved pillows.

All the stairs. I got bad knee ask 4 1st floor. Ended up in 226. Long walk. I know u had work being done. So i get it. Tell cleaning lady look behind bathroom door. Also in coffee pot. Old moldy coffee in it. The pod. Loved location of motel. Lots of food an people to watch. Thank u

good location near plenty of restaurants

some of the power outlets didn’t work in the room as well as one of the light also asked for a down stairs room and got put in a upstairs room anyways

ther were stains in the toilet bowl and paint peeling off the walls

This is a very inexpensive and comfortable hotel
