Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was good.
Breakfast was not as advertised, refrigerator door fell off, hair dryer didn’t work, sink in my room and second family room were cracked.
Also advertised as pay when you stay, but charges were put on my credit card without choice. Attendant could not remove from my card and let us pay cash.

The value did not match the price. You have Quality in your name, but it was far from that! The sink was cracked, towels had no substance to them, very cheap. Floor was dirty. It should have been less than $60 rate. Never again.
The price! For what you had, the room was way over priced. I would barely rate this a 1.

The room had a bad smell. The clerk gave me a Glade Plug In Room Freshener. It helped a bit.

Needed vacuuming, repaired walls and flooring.

Bag breakfast,no hot food just microwave sausage sandwiches and yogurt and honey buns.

The advertised breakfast didn’t happen… there were NO selections, nothing hot, no fresh fruit, cereal, bread for toast , milk, juice… just a couple of creak bars and some yogurt cups… the coffee was gone at 8:00am… very disappointing!

Location
Did not give me the room I reserved. Had to take a different type of room because we cannot carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Very unhappy! Should not have been charged for the room.

Very very unclean location. Room smelled of mildew. Chairs at the table in our room both had stains upon stains on them that made you afraid to even sit in them. Had we not been exhausted after driving for 10 hours that day we would have turned around and found another hotel.

Convenient off the interstate and close to restaurants.
Had a smell to the room, outside steps to go upstairs needs some repair and our floor was dirty.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bagged continental breakfast was very good.

They had a really good breakfast considering Covid. Microwave breakfast sandwiches, bagel w/ cream cheese, yogurt and more. The Quality Inn we stayed in the night before just had packaged blueberry muffins.
The price ended up being more than twice what the person who checked in before me paid (40 something versus the over $100 I paid).
