Refrigerator wasn't cold

They have bed bugs

The face plate on the door was missing, the drape was off the hooks so outside lite fell across our pillows, the shower pull was missing, thus no shower, NO wash cloths, only ONE towel, hole in ceiling. (I have pictures). The room was basically clean, but should not have been rented at all at ANY rate! Will not consider staying there again.

Bed was not good sagged in the middle.. Next door room woke us up Running down the hallway and shouting profanities

Roaches, needles wrappings behind the bed. Makeshift pillows. Few electrical sockets didn’t work. I was locked IN the room!!

Even though short staffed for early risers the coffee was hot and prepared the rooms were clean the staff helpful the pool area maintained

Slight error at check in sent to wrong room spent 20 minn fighting why key did not work got right room only complaint was the Crack when the door was closed and strangers could be seen through the gap outside entered

Things are ok

The staff, call the cops on me, and showed the staff I had a key to stay there

Staff called the cops on me saying I was doing illegal activities. The lady at the front desk came to me ask me did I have a room and I said yes and show her my key I can went and got food came back the cops were called on meAfter showing the cop I had a room and I was standing there for 3 days I went to the office and confront at your staff

That I had to pay $100 extra bc I had a non smoking room which I booked smoking so I had to give her $100 then she give it back at check out time ion like that part but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWESOME QUITE COMFORTABLE CLEAN BED WAS AMAZING SHOWER WAS AWESOME BEST SLEEP IN MONTHS ‼️‼️‼️‼️
