The air conditioner compressor made a loud, disturbing noise as it cycled on and off through the night, and it made it impossible to sleep. At midnight my wife asked to be moved to another room, but none were available. The room smelled bad too.

Very comfortable king bed. Dining area not open for breakfast but a very good breakfast bag was provided. Muffin, yogurt or fruit cup, juice, cereal or sausage biscuit.

NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER!!!

The Attitude Of The Staff, The Stains On The Floors, Bed, Couch, & Walls. Stained & Burned Sheets In A NON-SMOKING Room. The Rooms Are Falsely Advertised. Me & My Fiancée Weren’t Here But 20 Minutes & We Had To Check Out Because The Room Was Disgusting & The Unhelpful Staff Made It Worse. When I Requested A Refund, I Was Ignored. Will Never Book Here Again & Wouldn’t Suggest Anyone Else To Either.

The hotel does the white bag breakfast, but the desk staff help me with a selection that was either a cold meal (cereal) or hot (biscuits) you have to microwave. Great going to work breakfast

When booking, the process indicated my credit card would not be charged until I arrived. That was incorrect. I used my credit card to hold the room. My wife has a Quality Inn card which we intended to use. When we arrived the receptionist said the transaction had already been processed. I think I will deal directly with the hotel next time since the information provided by Booking was incorrect.
