Proximity to event I was attending.
Entrance to room was sticky. I had to clean it and it was filthy. The toilet had urine stains and pubic hair. The remote was missing to the tv and we had to unplug it to turn it off. In addition, a baby bottle from previous guests was found behind the tv. I advised the front desk but they never sent anyone to clean up. It should be noted that the room smelled like cleaning products but it was by no means clean.

The bed was comfortable
Noise from outside of the building at 4:30 a.m. that lasted a lengthy amount of time. Apparently there is no sound barrier in the walls. The noise was above and beyond what is to be expected indoors and impossible to sleep through.

Wasn’t here long enough to find out.
Immediately spotted black mold by the window. Refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out. Room just didn’t feel clean at all.

Elevators not working, dryer not working, person who makes breakfast was not working was very disappointed in breakfast, entire stay was very disappointing

The bed was comfortable.
We were in a suite. The room decor was cold and depressing, but that was not the problem. Lighting in the bedroom didn't work, nor did the television (No Signal). The cover plate for the Air Conditioner controller was missing and we were unable to control temperature. Tried to call the desk but the phone didn't work either. Asked to switch to another room and we were placed in a standard king, one room which was smaller but in better condition. Then our new room keys didn't work and had to get new card keys issued. It took us an hour from the time we checked until we were able to get checked into the second room for the night. No adjustment in our rate even though we were in a regular room and not the suite. It was a busy night and the attendant was working diligently the whole time trying to accommodate the incoming guests. I'd say maintenance or whoever makes the suites ready for the next guest is not doing their job.

Location to our final destination
1. Room not ready when promised. Had to wait another hour +.
2. Was charged more for room then what was on reservation. Was not much, but that’s not the point.
3. Room was not in good shape. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, bathtub overflow cover hanging off, sink had no drain plug, elevator sounded like it was going to drop at any moment and did not seem well maintained, breakfast was not replenished well.

Nice location and breakfast
I asked to have my room cleaned on several occasions and they never did. I had trash and dirty towels in my room for 3 days.

Breakfast was great. eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, and other items. Coffee always available. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms clean. Staff was very friendly.

Ran out of Hot water. The light fan in the restroom was too loud. There was a missing mirror.

ice machine only working on ground floor. soft place in floor when walking. only one elevator worked. tv didn’t work all the time. pillows were bad.
