Customer service was amazing, sheets had some little blood stains but we just took them off and we decided to not worry about that. We were only there for a overnight stay but over all friendly staff and they will help you with any questions or concerns. Breakfast was really great, healthy options all over the place. Bathrooms were really clean, not much to complain. Loved the stay!

Love this property close to Schlitterbahn and San Antonio. Staff was nice, property was clean and quiet. Chili’s and Sonic is within walking distance in case you just want a quick bite to eat. Will definitely be back

I was double charged for the hotel due to your system not marking payment complete from the Expedia end. Was corrected by hotel staff, but wish your software had some way to mark their system as payment complete.

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. We did have a room near the swimming pool, but it did close exactly at 10 PM, so it quieted down after the closing.

Stay at your own risk!!!! We had our truck stolen from here! Apparently it is a common occurrence. You would think they would provide security. Sounds like the staff may be in on it!!!

We stayed here for a few reasons location was close to work, my 1 pound pup, and mostly the hot tub. I have a bad back, it is the only relief i get after work. It had trash and a few leafs and the water was yellow, they claimed.a broken pipe. It had been sitting at least 3 months. Of you do not have please do not advertise. This is the 3rd hotel in 4 motnths this has happened. We called the properly prior to booking and was told they had a operational hot tub. So par for the coarse these days. Btw the breakfast they served was gross. Biscuits were so hard they could not be split for butter no exaggeration. The mystery sausage smelled bad the clerk was embarrassed to serve it. . I expected a bit more from

Went in for a family wedding. It was located perfectly for us.

Terrible customer service. No willing to help a customer to change the reservation. Keeping money without serving the customer. No supervisors available to speak or call me back. I will never use again Expedia/Hotels for my trips

The room was ok, but the bathroom shower was disappointing. The rod the shower curtain hung on was very broken which made the shower curtain pool to the middle making it impossible to shower with out getting water on the floor. Also our heat would just turn off and not heat for several hours.
