It was well put together, very spacious for 3 families to say together, impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the rooms were big enough for families with kids and each had a TV in their own room. Couldn't beat the location,.

Should have had more toilet paper, ran out the first day

huge fight directly outside my room, security came, it was around midnight or so before it was all finished and not one mention of it from the front desk, not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything

Location & size. Comfortable beds

There was a coffee filter & grounds left in the sink from cleaning crew. Hair on bathroom floor. Things not moved when vacuuming.

the advertised listing was not the one given. one less bathroom and bed. traveling with large family with several with special needs made things very difficult.

The Townhouses were really clean and spacious. No issues with parking. Staff was nice. We had the 3 bedroom townhouse, each room had access to it's bathroom so that was nice. The workout room had everything I needed and wasn't far from the townhouse. I love that the facility had so much to do, even though we didn't get to use all of the options (Swimming, tennis, basketball).

There were sets of towels on the racks in each bathroom, but we needed more and did not know where to find them. I located them as I was checking under the cabinets when we were leaving. A quick note to let people know where the extra towels are as well as extra blanket and pillow would be nice. One of the bedrooms had a shower inside it, that was kind of weird, the toilet was in the hallway.

the unit was dirty, the unit was advised as a three bedroom, three bath, they did not say the bathroom facilities for one bedroom was in the hallway and the makeshift shower in that bedroom was very hard to figure out. one of the hair dryers was operational, but it could not be seated in its cradle and the exhaust fan was rattling. the unit was disappointing.

It was clean and stocked well with pillows, towels and other bed supplies

Decor needs an update. Floors felt uneven upstairs

We had a large group with our Girl Scout Troop. The girls were able to spread out and the adults had private rooms. Plenty of space for the large group that we were. The place was clean and more than one bathroom!

The only thing that was not perfect was there were several door knobs that were broken or wouldn't latch. This was a little bothersome since one one on a bathroom but other than that the place was great.

Great location, close to the strip. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. Walked to the Haygoods show.

Kitchen small couldn't walk in or out if the dishwasher was open. One drawer wouldn't open without opening the oven first. Indoor pool was pretty cold.

The pictures made the townhouse look very large and it was not. It was adequate but we would have needed more room for 11 people. The kitchen was very small!

The kitchen was too small for a space offered to 12 people.

The location is perfect! Also unit was very spacious.

The only negative thing I can say is our Master bedroom did not have a bathroom instead a huge shower unit was in the bedroom.

I liked the space for everyone and not feeling confined. I enjoyed how it was close to everything. Pretty easy to walk everywhere.

We had ants in the rooms and kitchen areas. The door hinges wasnt screwed in properly. The shower door came off its track.
