Hotel room and public spaces were spotless. Services at the front desk were prompt and friendly. Hot food breakfast selections were good and the dining area was perfectly clean. No road noise noted in the room.

LA Quinta was a wonderful, clean, comfy room. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to do our laundry while we were there which was most welcome. Breakfast was good.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay at LA Quinta, in Alvin.

Everything was great! Room was clean and as a hotel worker myself I can see the staff really works hard to keep everything together!

Only thing I would even slightly complain about was that I was charged $4 extra a day for hotel room service on my bill but they don't do room service until day 3 and I only stayed 2. If I received it daily I would be more than happy to pay that charge knowing how much house keepers do every day! I didn't complain though because hopefully they are actually giving that money to the house keepers so they make decent pay.

Front desk staff upon arrival was not welcoming and rude when we asked for more towels

Unable to sleep. Several rooms down was a dog that would not stop barking. I told the front desk twice. Had another room on the same floor for other person they too had problems sleeping because of the dog.

Lovely stay! Great room. Comfy beds and room nice spacious and very clean!! Loved how they had an air purifier to ensure a fresh and healthy environment. Breakfast was hot and Delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Fire Alarm going off both mornings...same hour both times. That's was a downside. Upside got me up and going for the day. But I suggest a nice phone wake up call instead.

Location was good. Easy access. Quiet. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

Daily room service was not available unless you requested which we were unaware until returning that evening. But we were able to get clean towels. Area is humid and they had dehumidifiers in the room which was great and very helpful; however, extremely noisy so you had to turn off to sleep at night. Upon waking would be humid in room but workable.
