The room was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. I travel frequently. Most times, the first night in a hotel bed is uncomfortable. The bed here was very nice.
The breakfast area could use a little bit more seating options. I had to skip out on breakfast because there was no place to sit, and I already surrendered my room key card.

Nice hotel. Would have given a 5 star but there was a "hotel fee" not disclosed when we booked with Hotels.com. Apparently, there is a little round dot by the name that you have to click on, which shows a hotel fee but does not tell you what this fee is. And what is it for? They say free breakfast, so if there is a hotel fee I guess it's not a free breakfast. And it was quite a hefty fee besides. So do check, because apparently hotels in many places are doing this. I call it corporate greed, because they still are not able to tell you what it is for. So beware of this. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Had no idea how the tv worked. Called the desk no one answered. So we had no tv all weekend long. Told us to use our phones for tv. I don’t have those apps on my tv.

Very noisy hotel. You could hear staff in the morning yelling in the hallway. Very loud. No regard for guests and their presence. The front desk person was gone for over 30 minutes. No one else came to check in all the guests waiting for their rooms.

Nice and quiet. Check in was quick and was in room within minutes. Continental breakfast was great.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was awkward and not welcoming. Breakfast was bad, crusty and not many options. I typically stay at Hilton properties where the amenities are much better. Also my key wouldn’t work in the gym and I didn’t want to ask the staff about it. I arrived 2 hours before check in and they charged me 25$ to check in early.

No elevator, no pool or hot tube, breakfast items were limited. The motel appeared to be clean and possibly recently renovated.

There is NO ELEVATOR in this two story hotel, surprisingly. My wife has had knee surgery and really can't do stairs. Luckily there was a room still available on the first floor so the person switched out room.

The location was inconvenient walking distance to the concert which then cost $100 in Uber ride for prime time. Also the hotel bed was not comfortable not even a little bit.

Used to be super 8, remodeled and way nicer now. Super clean rooms, check in was a breeze, friendly staff. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

The hotel was a great location to visit family and friends and shopping. I prefer to stay on the 2nd floor or higher but was disappointed to found out there was no elevator. My husband can not do stairs, so the staff was very accommodating to relocate us on the main floor. Our stay was very comfortable.

The Clarion is conveniently located to a lot of food places and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We chose the clarion because the reviews were very positive. Upon arriving we realized that the pictures were MUCH nicer than the actual hotel. It had a hospital feeling. I was with my two small children so safety is my top priority. Our first room on the ground floor had an obviously window that I only found because i heard traffic, and when we opened the door to our second room there was a half naked man laying on the bed. The front desk said there was no one checked into that room. It was not a mix up in keys but a person who somehow entered that room unbeknownst to the hotel employees. That to me says everything about the security and safety of this property. We left immediately

Majority of staff members were young men and ladies who would pass you in the hall and never acknowledge guests, much less offer a Good Morning or Good evening…A/C unit gave out a musty odor that was off putting.

This hotel stay was the most pleasant stay. The front desk staff was so absolutely friendly & professional.
The rooms were amazingly clean. Not one complaints. I am rather particular about hotel stays. This place gained a stamp of approval. It’s towards the entrance into town, but it was conveniently located.

Friendly staff, breakfast 5 on 1-10 scale, multi function coffee machine with espresso, latte's, etc. was very good and available 24-7. Very clean rooms that appeared newly remodeled. We thought our shower did not work. The maintenance person was super quick to respond. The previous guest must have been very tall and had turned the shower head to the off position. It worked perfect after the great maintenance guy "fixed it". I DID NOT LIKE THE ADDITIONAL $17 CHARGE FOR BOOKING WITH A 3RD PARTY CHARGED BY THE HOTEL. I will not book a Clarion hotel in the future as I feel the lack of disclosure at time of booking. is NOT acceptable

Everything about this hotel was well ordered and clean, from the parking lot to lobby to rooms. It has a very well stocked lobby market, and the complimentary breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Prescott Valley.

The only discrepancy i had about the hotel was even though it was only a 2 story hotel, it did not have an elevator. I have a physical disability and had a slightly difficult time going up and down the stairwell, especially trying to carry an ice chest and suitcase.

Staff is very welcoming upon our arrival and knowledgeable about the Prescott area. Hotel housekeeping staff was friendly and quickly responded to our towel needs. Breakfast girl, my only complaint. Not friendly, no smiles and when we tipped her, no response just walked away. No pool and it was missed. But we kept busy and hardly missed it. We would definitely stay again.

Newly remodeled hotel. Everything very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a tinge of a musty smoke smell in our room that I didn’t love but everything else was great for what we needed this trip.

Restroom floors were a bit dirty with hair in the shower. The water for shower wasn’t very hot. Very surprised that there was not a pool or elevator. Had I known about the elevator I would have stayed elsewhere as I’m recovering from ankle surgery.
