The room was great! Would recommend. Rooms had tv, microwave and mini-fridge. It was cozy. Only downfall is no elevator so if you have a group of little kids and luggage along with pack n play ect. Makes for a little challenge getting everything to the room without multiple trips up and down.

The room was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. I travel frequently. Most times, the first night in a hotel bed is uncomfortable. The bed here was very nice.
The breakfast area could use a little bit more seating options. I had to skip out on breakfast because there was no place to sit, and I already surrendered my room key card.

Nice hotel. Would have given a 5 star but there was a "hotel fee" not disclosed when we booked with Hotels.com. Apparently, there is a little round dot by the name that you have to click on, which shows a hotel fee but does not tell you what this fee is. And what is it for? They say free breakfast, so if there is a hotel fee I guess it's not a free breakfast. And it was quite a hefty fee besides. So do check, because apparently hotels in many places are doing this. I call it corporate greed, because they still are not able to tell you what it is for. So beware of this. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Had no idea how the tv worked. Called the desk no one answered. So we had no tv all weekend long. Told us to use our phones for tv. I don’t have those apps on my tv.

Very noisy hotel. You could hear staff in the morning yelling in the hallway. Very loud. No regard for guests and their presence. The front desk person was gone for over 30 minutes. No one else came to check in all the guests waiting for their rooms.

Nice and quiet. Check in was quick and was in room within minutes. Continental breakfast was great.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was awkward and not welcoming. Breakfast was bad, crusty and not many options. I typically stay at Hilton properties where the amenities are much better. Also my key wouldn’t work in the gym and I didn’t want to ask the staff about it. I arrived 2 hours before check in and they charged me 25$ to check in early.

Property was nice. Room was updated and really nice. The property in general seemed to have been recently updated and was done well. Breakfast was really good and had plenty of options. I like the market they had set up near the lobby with a good variety of options from food to hygiene products. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is I wish they had a pool and/or hot tub but won’t hold that against.

There is NO ELEVATOR in this two story hotel, surprisingly. My wife has had knee surgery and really can't do stairs. Luckily there was a room still available on the first floor so the person switched out room.

The location was inconvenient walking distance to the concert which then cost $100 in Uber ride for prime time. Also the hotel bed was not comfortable not even a little bit.

Its very clean , quite. Very nice people. I was walking over to throw some trash when A gentleman asked me if it was OK. We threw it away for me. That was very nice of him. I give the employee there a high five all the way around for keeping it clean smelling good and having a nice people working there.

The hotel is super clean and new with quick check-in! Staff are super nice and friendly. The room was exceptional. Thought I was in a Marriott! Fabulous place to stay with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to Hwy 89. Breakfast was great with hot and cold food, coffee 24hrs a day.

Staff did nothing they said they would, did not provide any paperwork or receipts, claimed they would email after requested again, nothing received to date. In dispute over overcharges.

The stay was peaceful . The hotel was clean, good breakfast and staff is friendly. Location was accessible to supermarket and restaurants, plus gas station.

Although, you can use the neighboring hotel's pool, its inconvenient to walk over. Everything else was nice for the price.

Easy quick check in. I didn't get her name but, the young lady who checked us in the evening of August 16th was very friendly, informative, and helpfull. Many dining options in the area. Room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be in new condition. I really liked the option to stream from my portable device to the tv in our room. Next time i hope we can stay more than one night.

Used to be super 8, remodeled and way nicer now. Super clean rooms, check in was a breeze, friendly staff. Would stay again. Highly recommend.
