The room was nice and a decent size for a couple. The view was beautiful.

Location to the beach
The attitude of The white male with glasses & the beard that worked the front desk. I did not get his name. He was rude asF. I also did not like how they put me in a handicap room with a small shower. The room also had a weird smell.

The location was absolutely perfect easy beach access and directly across the street from Walmart and many food options to easily walk across the street rather than having to drive in traffic. Breakfast was phenomenal the guy making the omelettes couldn’t have done it better. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I noticed something different from this location from others and that was how alert the manager was he was always walking around the facility and ensuring everything was in place I personally witnessed him replacing pool side towels and taking in old towels for laundry also witnessed him walking the facility picking up trash rather than expecting other employees to do it. Leading by example was definitely in place.
The shower head definitely needed replacing not enough pressure to support that style of spray head. The emergency fire hose was missing in more than one floor.

Breakfast was good. I personally would have preferred bacon and eggs buffet style, not as an omelet. It was good as something different. Enjoyed the snowcones as a different treat.
Access to ice, snacks, etc should be on each floor. Amenities need to be updated. Eating area should have been larger. Many things were overused. Need to be remodled.

Location was excellent, staff were great. The young man in reception on days was quite impressive. Room was a little small but ok. Hot breakfast was good. Rooms with even numbers had beach views. The 5 on the end had ocean view looking directly out onto water. Patio on beach side had tables,loungers & chairs . You must take your own to sit on beach (short walk down sidewalk)

Nowhere to lay out clothes or get ready except the bed in the room. Bathroom is way too small to get ready in. Would be nice to have a long counter to lay out your things instead of just the sink. Otherwise it was nice.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Everyone one we met that was staying there was very friendly also.
I’m room was too small for two beds. One bed would have given us more space. Other wise it was clean. It was just too small with two bed. I’m not complaining. Just a suggestion.

The stairwell smelled too bleached from being cleaned. Also there was a big bag of trash that was left in the stairwells overnight.

It is an older building and things are falling apart, such as the tiles on the pool are hanging of around the pool. The bathrooms by the breakfast area were terrible and the staff was sitting eating breakfast in the morning as if they were guests. They had food plates behind the counter and the lady making omlettes was eating a plate of food as well.

Beach was nice, but very crowded. Shower was nice. Nice eating places close by.
Parking was very tight. Breakfast was not a buffet, you could only get made to order omelets. Room was a very tight fit. Lots of dings and scratches. Sink area had no counter space. Refrigerator freezer was not cold enough. Very overpriced for what you get.

No insulation in room. Heard voices on both sides of us and walking in room above. Kids running and screaming up and down hallway outside our room. It wasn't a $300 a night room!!!!!!

Location was great! Beach on one side and grocery stores across the street for last minute needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. (Especially the lady with the black cat tattoo ☺️) The free breakfast had a decent variety of things to eat.
I’m not sure I have anything negative to say about our stay!!
