perfect location for a wedding we were attending

room had a cracked sink, cracked bathroom tile and pieces out of the dresser.

Breakfast is adequate. Room is good. Front desk staff excellent and very helpful. I was there 5 days and the staff went out of their way to be supportive.

Since the pandemic no hotels have maid staff to clean rooms daily. On the 4th day I caught a maid in the hallway and requested that my trash be removed. Half the fun of staying in a hotel is having someone clean the room and pamper you. In the future I will stay in Airbnb. It is cheaper under the present no hotel maid service policy.

Clean, friendly, breakfast was just okay. Bathroom could use an update, but it was functional which was all we really needed.

I don’t believe my bathroom was properly cleaned before I came in… which made me think nothing was cleaned

I was not given your rate. cost 282 but my bank was charged 332.72. your price was 174.00. I feel that I have been fraudulently charged. This is sad because the place was actually nice. They said it was a booking .com problem and that was what they were charging.

Our stay was nice & relaxing, quiet location!

We were sad the hot tub wasn’t working! That was one of the big reason we choose this hotel!

The location. The breakfast. Then quick response to whatever was one the sheets & the compensation offered

The amount of kids in the pool / hot tub until it closed. And again right after it opened. There was something ( poop?) On the sheets...the staff was right there too rectify the situation.

They could expand on the breakfast a little bit but overall a decent breakfast.

locks on outside doors and room doors were not working; breakfast bar had hard English muffins, eggs were cold, very little food

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, and with excellent presentation. The pool and fitness room look very good indeed.

There were several areas where renovations were incomplete, i.e. public restroom.

The door locks were tricky and this should have been conveyed at check in.

Breakfast had some nice options if you do not require gluten/dairy free.

Staff had a hard time keeping up with the crowd.
