Good location close to stores, restaurants, and highway. Friendly staff. Room was a good size. Kids had fun in the pool.

Hotel is under construction. Arcade and fitness rooms were closed and this was not disclosed prior to booking. Construction debris are all over the lobby and common floors. Strong smell of construction adhesive wreaked on the first floor from gluing the front desk while we were there. The full breakfast was not available, which again was not listed on any site.

The misinformation from booking.com to inform me that the hotel was under renovation. Breakfast facilities were all cold, no hot foods were offered. Pool was closed. Drywall dust evident on floor hallway carpeting. Breathing was compromised. Overall, dis-satisified with my stay.

Room was ok but construction through whole place and nothing to do for kids

Construction and nothing for kids to do. No pool or anything. Bag breakfast.

Property was under renovation so facility was not yet in good shape. I’m sure all will be much better when renovations are complete.

Oasis on the middle of I-80

Location was fine. Beds and linen fine. Staff fine.

Their pipes burst in the deep freeze on Christmas Day and the entire hotel was in shambles. They did not rebook me in the sister hotel across the way or email/call me about this. No pool, no kitchen or breakfast, no front desk or lounge, huge fans drying the whole place out, tripping hazards, no elevator and I could not find another room in the area that could accommodate five adults in one room. For all of this inconvenience they knocked $49 off the price! I had no choice but to stay. I should have been contacted and they should have immediately booked me two rooms at their own expense to accommodate the number of people in my party. The condition of the hotel was an accident but when you run your cold water sprinkler system through an unheated attic on the fourth floor this kind of thing can happen so it was an accident that they caused so…not sure why I had to pay for it.

Great breakfast. Large rooms. Rooms recently remodeled and others in process. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Toilet paper and tissues were not replenished between guests. Pool was being renovated. They should have alerted guests to this

Friendly staff. Average room. Pool and exercise room available. Expanded continental breakfast. Convenient location to our end point and 20 minutes from downtown.

Phone didn't work properly. No radio or clock and since phone didn't work it was difficult to try to set up a wakeup call. No ice dispenser on first floor. Bed was a little hard.

Room was clean and comfortable. staff was pleasant.

We were here for roughly 12 hours. Not long enough to find anything not to like.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful too. Also the gentleman at breakfast was nice and got me milk for my cereal
