The price was high and we were both charged the stay on our cards . Still have gotten a refund .

breakfast was great and the staff was nice

room and hotel is very dirty. room was not cleaned before we got there the beds were made and that’s it having stains and dirty sheets on them with hair all over. place is run down not worth $200 a night

It was right off the highway and it seemed like a safe location It had dove products to shower with the staff was very sweet, kind and helpful

my room wasn’t really clean :/ I didn’t feel like I could sleep comfortably because all I could think of was that it wasn’t very clean. The walls are SUPER thin. I had to call the front desk at 12am to have the room next to me put the volume down on their tv. There’s only ONE person working the desk which sucks for them because then the poor staff person is super overwhelmed :( Maybe that’s normal for hotels but I felt bad for them so i tried not to bother. overall I regret spending almost 200 dollars for an experience like that. I wish the room would’ve been waaaay cleaner for 200

I love that it was so quiet and peaceful. The room looked very clean! Everything was perfect, although the location wasn’t the best for where I was going(downtown) but it didn’t matter to me since It was so comfortable. Will go again!

Very bad mattresses on sofa bed and they don't have pillows, we booked for 10 people 2 rooms and got only ,8 pillows when we asked for extra pillows they told they are out of it, I cant believe that, I will never go back there and not going to use the Booking.com service again.
