Location was central. Easy access to most of town. That was about all it had going for it.

The mattress in the room was a spring mattress with holes in it. The rooms were very dated and not as advertised in the pictures. Very ghetto feeling accommodations.

Staff was pleasant and friendly.

The room we stayed in was not the same as the rooms we seen on the website. The room we stayed in was outdated and needed a lot of fixing.

We never even got to stay there because our flight was delayed. They do not offer late check in and when we called the lady was rude and not helpful at all!! I would never recommend this place!! They also charged my credit card for a night’s stay! What a nightmare after a terrible day of travel☹️

The view we had was beautiful, we were able to sleep in bed & nice warm shower without it turning cold fast like at the gym being we had been staying in are car. Oh and of course being able to cook was great considering we were tired of eating take out as well.

The stairwells were dirty & sticky as well as the laundry area. My room look liked the housekeeper never cleaned the room before we got there, & that you definitely can tell from the bathroom floor that it was dirty nor were there any towels in the room & we were told someone will bring some but no one ever did luckily we had are own towels & I disinfected the room myself especially with the uncertainty of its cleanliness. Someone should inspect the rooms after the housekeeper to make sure it is being done right considering what my husband & I walked into. I was a housekeeper before to even feel the need to point this out. Front desk seemed to be agitated or well bothered when you would go up to ask them anything. My reservation was made for 8 days & on the 7th day they deactivated my key card so I had to go to the front desk letting them know it wasn't working & all what was said is that there is $10 fee for key card replacement & asked if I had my phone or electronics touching it, which of course it wasn't my confirmation of this is when my husband got back from work his key card wasn't working neither so they deactivated them instead of explaining we just simply needed a new card due to weekly reservation but nope I felt like they just played dumb. The vending machine takes your $ & it wouldn't register some of it so we ended up using are bank card which of course charges a little more for using it.

First of all there was no staff if we needed something.No cleaning except once a week. No towels for a week. No help if we needed it. No parking. You need to have asigned parking for each room.

Rooms where old looking. No house keeping. No ice . Service desk was not open until 11:00am close at 7:00pm . They messes up our reservation. We got there and was told there was room . 2 hour later there was a room.

Location,. Price. Use of refrigerator.

Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Towels too small. No amenties.could hear fights and walking above us. Always someone lurking in hallway.
