1st room was horrible and unexceptable. transfered to 2nd room 2 nights later. that was considerably beter. manager was testy and unfriendly at 1st but warmed up a lot later, tried to book me a higher rate than your website but later relinquished.

all stated above. building and rooms need a lot of work.

water pressure and friendly staff

tv was old and had a box. I didnt have a garbage can and asked for it 3 times. property was falling apart microwave hardly reached outlet rooms smell like mold

On arrival, no manager was there to checkin. Had to wait in the 90 degree heat outside. 2 fat, rude disgusting people told me he would be back. 20 minutes later he arrived. Stoned out of his gourd, unable to focus or be engaged in booking. Other customers cut in front of me. The first room #15 had fecal in toilet, hair, trash. The next room had no towels, toilet paper, remote, bathroom light, floor mat or towel for slippery bathroom floor and dirty dust. The dope fien manager lied and said he'd get a remote, never did. I had to ask 3 times for towels, I got one. There was only 8 parking spots for 30 rooms. The ad said parking and TV. The wifi was unconnectable. Next day a pregnant lady with other kids blasted hispanic music all day, giving me a headache. A dog left alone in a room was barking non stop the same time. It was really loud. The manager just hung out, all day smoking, drinking. Never cleaning, getting towels, picking up trash or the cigarette butts all over and beer cans. He was high as a kite when i left not even realizing i left a day early. I grew up in Toms River. My Dad had a civil engineer business. I knew it would be noisy and rough over there, not a big deal. But this was stupid gross. That lazy junkie could walk around and clean up. If u need a good manager, hard worker drug free no drinking, I'll do it for 50 a year and living quarters and parking place.

Sanitation, a manager, furniture other than just a bed in the room, parking. Ice machine. Connectable wifi with the code posted in the room. A noise level . No table, chair in room, no tv, no wifi, no toilet paper, dirty bedspreads, no light in bathroom, dogs barking, loud loud music all day, grossed out , lying, lazy, stupid, toothless junkie manager, shitty office, no ice. No postcards.

This was the most disgusting motel, we tried giving it the benefit of the doubt. The shower handle for cold/hot water was nearly falling out of the wall. Then a worker walked into my room while I was getting dressed because they can get into the rooms without any keys, absolutely disgusting.

The manager i think his name was jay he was a really cool guy very helpful if it wasnt for him tje whole weekend would of been ruined

The parking lot had 5 spots for the 30 rooms, the pool area everything there was broken, there was no fitted sheet just a flat sheet tucked in, the room jist felt like a run down crack den, the furnture was all broken and the toilet was so closed to the wall i couldn't sit down the shower got clogged and like the tv was from 1994 and the lamp was literally coverdd in rust there was a gap inbetween the wall and ac unit like anything that could be wrong could be wrong.

The bathrooms where dirty with hair and mold, the toilet had poop stains the mirros dirty. The bed sheets dingy yellow stains bed pilloe were cery un comfortable.. our door knob looked like it was about to break off cob webbs every where no curtain in bathroom stall.. no paper toilet.. the worst hotel/experience ive had Never again

The manager that was on duty overnight did everything she could do to help us. The manager during the day he wasn't as helpful.

It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, in 2days we had to switch rooms 3 times, first, all the rooms were very dirty, they had see through curtains, some windows didn't lock. The first, the a.c. didn't work well and the toilet leaked all over the floor, 2nd room, the refrig. Didn't work and then realized the ceiling was leaking so bad above the bathroom the light shorted out and it looked like upstairs was going to come through the ceiling at any time, the ceiling above the bed was leaking so bad you couldn't sleep in the one need. Now room #3 had 2 AC's and it was dirty and one a.c. didn't work, but it was doable. The front door didn't lock, you could see through the curtains, only one tv and it was 2 bedrooms and the room that the ac worked in was without a tv. Also, pool is supposed to be closed at 9pm, but certain people were allowed in the pool much later. We carried in some beer and we literally had guests hovering asking for beer n mgmnt during the day did nothing to deter these people. I felt like i was in Kensington. (I'm from Philly, so I can say that.) We spent most of our time cleaning up n moving that the owner compensated us with a free 3rd night. We didn't even get out to eat dinner either night because we were dealing with all the issues until almost 11pm.
