Breakfast was So-So.

Stalking by abusers, staff wasnt helpful.@ all unknowledgeable. Failure to write down or relay messages to next shift Known & Unknown people entering room without consent. The whole stay was not good at all!. Break in thru window 2nd night as switched to 1st floor.. Woke up with cuts on hand & other fingers. Window stripping broke & window was left open as checked next morning. Physically cut 2nd night so left that day without compensation or refund for next 2 days paid in advance.. Left within 48 hrs even though booked for another 2days. Unclean, workers & front desk failed to write or communicate any messages to next shift. Or contact police regarding lost, stolen/phone as phone in room didn't work. Said not even hooked up to Super 8. Listed as different phone number which was Spectrum. Workers were no good. Not helpful whatsoever. Had to leave 2 days early & ended up in ER due to the whole ordeal losing a lot of money. Phone went missing within 1 hour of checking in also. Guess new company purchased it & they were able to locate my cell while checking out the place. One gal was ok at front desk but didn't do anything regarding ANYTHING/EVERYTHING. Thankfully new people purchased it as it's DIRTY. QUITE THE DUMP WITH SHADY STAFF!

Location was everything with access to Northern Great Lakes Visitor's Center under 2 miles away... Upon driving to Super 8 check-in there's a close up parking for veteran's who have served with ease of the front office. Staff was excellent, professionally accommodating.

Could you some updating. the room smelled, the toilet seat was loose, and the breakfast was very little variety of food to choose from compared to other hotels.

It was clean and comfortable, and right along my driving route. The location is good, within walking distance of the main part of town and the lake is right across the road.

My room was upstairs and at the back of the building so it was a little more difficult to load and unload the car that at other places that I stayed.

Not enough outdoor lighting. Completely datk walk from parking lot to side door. Motion sensor only goes off when you are right there.

Chair was worn out, mattress was worn out and visibly sagging. Room was small, definitely not a suite. I would not recommend this hotel for those reasons.

We were scheduled for a king size but, when we went to the room it was already occupied. Not sure how you double book a room. Also we had to get our key reset twice before we could get into the room. The office person was very helpful.

a younger man employee was working in front and he was rmthe most politest person and most helpful from the beginning we arrived. Very calm, patience and smiles was the best. We had to leave earlier then expected and the checkout lady in the am on sunday was also very awesome and sweet.

It was great. Just that the older woman working the breakfast area on friday morning was upset seemed frustrated and did not smile. On phone alot. Older blond lady.
