found a dead bug/roach on a pillow. The pillows were flat. for the price they charge, they can afford better pillows.

The room was a little old and smelt a little musty but was comfortable and spacious. It’s good value considering it’s still close to the main attractions.

it’s pitiful that I have to stay at such a poor hotel to get a smoking room. I just want a clean safe smoking room for a decent rate. I am of value like any one else.

check in on top of everything else. why would I have to check in thru the window at 3:00pm if it’s a safe place to stay?

Really easy to check in and check out. Easy access and available parking.

It was close to the American Airlines center.

The room could have been cleaner, and I find come across spiders in the room. The shower also did not have a functional shower head and there was no breakfast offered.

The smell was skunk and raw sewage and majorly affected my mom’s breathing. No breakfast was provided and the person at the the counter was rude.

the staff was ready to change my room as I reported several issues in the first room; the bed was pretty comfortable and there was enough silence during the early evening

I reported hygienic issues for the first room I was assigned; the leading light was broken in both rooms; the quality of the breakfast was unsatisfactory: a pastry, an apple, a granola bar and a bottle of water. During the weekend other guests were noisy (cars horns at 2-3 am). When I arrived at the reception, I had to pay cash because the machine over there did not recognize my European debit and my credit cards; I went to the diner next door and I paid by card.

A very strong deodorizer was used in the room which was most unpleasant! The office and desk were not open you had to deal with them through a small window, made you feel that it was not safe there. Breakfast room was never open. Bathroom in poor condition.
