Beautiful architecture, great location for family with small kids/tourists since the hotel is right in the downtown, just a minute walk to all restaurants /city attractions/pharmacy,very convenient to get Uber/taxi.Love the view from our room and the pool's view.We really appreciate the free breakfast in the restaurant at the lobby,very high quality and delicious, the kids were very impressed.The restaurant has good service too!And the lobby is like a 5 star hotel!!!We appreciate the way the hotel staff texting us to ask about our stay,very thoughtful. I had little problem of water in the sink didn't get cold sometime and the staff took it seriously.

We just wish the pool was heated or at least having small hot tub beside that so the kids could enjoy swimming comfortably during this time of the year.

Worn out looks. Quite inefficient reception. Extremely inefficient breakfast. Had to wait 15+ min just to make an order.

Lage und Service gut. Im allgemeinen Bereich ist die Ausstattung gut. Valet parking ist auch ok. Preis 32 USD liegt im Rahmen. Personal hilfsbereit und serviceoeientiert, wie in den USA üblich.

Doppelbett etwas durchgelegen, kein Safe im Zimmer. Und was wirklich störend ist, dass die Zimmerreinigung nur alle drei Tage stattfindet. Täglich nur auf Anfrage. Und auch dann nicht immer möglich. Und bei Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes wird man von hellen Lichtstrahlern angeleuchtet. Die „blind certain“ schützt hier nur bedingt, da sie nicht ganz schließt. Wer hier empfindlich ist, lieber andere Seite oder Klebeband mitnehmen ;-)

Das Frühstück war nicht ausreichend. Nur ein Kaffee und etwas von der Karte, kein Buffet. Leider hatte ich eine Kakerlake im Zimmer auf meinem Bett!

Great location to downtown. Nice restaurants close by and great coffee shops. The staff were great. Valet team, front desk and cleaning teams all so great. They had a coffee machine and bottles of water in the room. Room was massive and had a comfortable bed. Felt safe. They had washing machines and dryers available on level 6 which was so helpful after travelling for 3 weeks!

My car got scratched in the parking garage.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Needed an early check-in, and it wasn't a problem at all. In fact, we were given a great room with an amazing view! The roof pool was nice. We had an awesome stay.

There wasn't enough shade on the pool deck for us and other guests. Only 3 umbrella tables available. We were extremely hot in the water, and the pool felt soupy and looked murky. Short swim. Ice machine was broken on our floor.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. Especially David!

I think the bedding could’ve been a little better quality. The bathroom also needs a little bit of a facelift for the nightly rate in my opinion. I also didn’t like that the valet was so expensive per night for paid guests.

Location in Downtown Dallas was good for our sightseeing and dining. The restaurant at the Hotel was very good. Attended to the fact the fridge wasn’t working by replacing it very quickly.

Great location, good bar/restaurant & spacious room. Rooftop bar & gym were also nice additions.

Facilities were a bit dated. Issue with checking in - unfortunately one member of staff wasn’t particularly helpful.

Had to ask for maid service. Pay for parking. No continental breakfast.Ok

The surrounding area, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the amenities provided!

They messed up on my payments a few times but definitely took care of them by refunding me ASAP!
