The corridors reeked of cigarettes and I was in a non-smoking wing but you could still feel them in the rooms.

Everything was good. Beds were clean. Staff was friendly.

the room I stayed in should be condemned. I’m not a complainer. but. cockroaches. I’m the fridge, furniture, bathroom, even the bed. the carpet was matted and sticky. it smelled of pet dander and defecation.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. When we walked to our room the hall smelled like marijauna. The floors were dirty. There was a spot of blood on my pillow. The sheets were pilly.
The breakfast was nothing special.

[I came for a college tour at UNT... needed a place to sleep for one night. We arrived at 11p and were gone by 8a.]
The room provided a place to lay down and get dressed in morning.
It was close to campus.
Price was right
I could never get room cool enough, so slept with no covering

Bathroom was OK. Bring shower shoes

Checked in . Went to room then 30 mins later find bed bug under pillow . Went to the front desk and asked for a refund . I Was told be the attendant the he couldn't do that . He asked if i would like another room ? I told him no i would like to leave . He stated he could refund me half . I have yet to receive anything . This is very unprofessional .

It was quiet
Was charged more than was told it was going to have to pay when booking with y'all. Not happy about that I lost power halfway through the night and it took them 3 hours to get there and get me power back on. I had company that came by and while they were brushing their hair in the car the management came and ran them off told them they weren't allowed to come visit all in all, pretty bad experience there. Will not stay again and truthfully want a refund.
