When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk was rude. I paid with the same payment type everytime I stay here and he refused initially and then agreed once I informed him its always been taken before. He then mentioned something about "locals" not being allowed to pay like that.

needs updated. all rooms need some type of refrigerator and microwave in them. linens were stained and old looking

The whole place could use a facelift! Inside rooms are gross, beat up, outside doors looks like it was kicked in..sheets was life less/old, the TV screen was hideous!!! Needs many updates! The smell in the room was awful! I had to change rooms (was 113) because of the smell! (Moved to room 217) still has an odor, but not as strong as 113! The grounds were not presentable! Bathroom shower was dirty! This is definitely NOT worth $91.00! After three chances I’m done with this Red Roof Inn! Shameful!

Convenient location to I-64 and a nice variety of restaurants

Very noisy if your room faces the road. Also, the cleaning staff was chatting outside my door for 5 minutes @ 8:00 a.m. & woke me up. Between having a room beside the stairwell and that I will probably choose another hotel next visit.

Room had chipped paint on a wall. Wished it wasn't so expensive for Seniors. Front desk. Excellent 😊👍

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, WE JUST NEEDED SOME PLACE TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT THAT WAS CLOSE AND CONVIENT.
