Loved everything about this facility. Big, spacious, luxurious, suites. Large breakfast area with a great selection of food and the server was very friendly. Great location, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance and I believe the pool / jacuzzi area was open until 10 or 11 pm.

It was a bit of a drive to everything . The amount they charge to take a dog is ridiculous it is cheaper for me to kennels dogs at our actual kennel back home. Breakfast was OK.

Three staff were very kind

The exposed wires on the third floor were a concern and the windows in the stairwell are pretty shot. Add in the fact that the elevator was broken (according to a frequent guest we met on the stairs this is a frequent occurrence). The fact that I overpaid for a suite just to have to lug everything up 3 flights and then got up to my room to find the heat had been turned on and the vent must have blown out a ton of dust. When I took a shower and tried to open the drain the whole thing just fell off into my hand it was an embarrassment and a disappointment to say the least.

The location was excellent. Ella the front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. Our room attendant Regina did an excellent job at cleaning our room!

The main hallway floors didn’t get vacuumed our entire 4 day stay. Which I wouldn’t normally notice except someone had spilt cheerios down through the hall. After a couple days they all ended up smashed into the carpet. Also the heater and air conditioner should have a thermostat. It’s either on constantly or off constantly so you can’t really regulate the temperature in the room.

Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Our room was on the 3rd floor, which was under construction and being painted. The hallway was covered in plastic, strong odor of fresh paint, even in the room, the contractors were right outside our room, so we asked to be moved. As the result of moving, we lost the king bed suite. We were moved to another room on the 3bd floor which was not under construction. Now I know you can't just shut down while under construction but, had I been told in advance of my seat the whole floor was under construction when I first booked, I would have selected another facility or a different room. Fortunately the awesome staff offered me compensation in the firm of membership with 10,000 points toward our next stay. We appreciated that but still wish we would have been able to stay in the original room. Side note, the room we were moved to, 210, had a toilet that was not secured to the floor very well. It moved and rocked. I informed the front desk so maintenance could tighten the flange bolts

Breakfast was not that great. No fresh fruit, but there was plenty of mil, juice and scrambled eggs

We asked to change rooms because the vent cover of the ac unit would not close The vent needed to be cleaned also. Of course, the third floor was under renovation so that made it a little more difficult.

We stayed at this country inn and suites for our twenty fifth wedding anniversary twenty one years ago. We came back this time with our granddaughter. The hotel was showing its age a little bit but was still a fine place to stay. The room was nice and breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. If we come back we will stay there again.

The rooms need a little updating, carpet and bath could be brightened up.

Sink drain was not working was missing top(kinda bad for contact wearer). No actually drawers just shelves to put clothes and shelf in hanging closet was tooo low had to remove ironing board to hang stuff. Tv microwave stand bottom was broken in inside and stains on carpet. Place probably could use some upgrades.

The location was good, near eateries and the attractions we were interested in. The breakfast served at the inn was very good and our server was amazing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We also liked having the refrigerator in the room.

I don't know what you could have done any better to make our stay any better.
