I enjoyed how friendly the staff was.
I was very pleased with the breakfast bar.
I enjoyed how clean everything was.
The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.
Just because they installed a microwave and mini fridge, doesn't count as a suit.
Picture of the pool show it to be indoors, however it was not.
The location is not a safe area.

Location, it was close to MATS show which I was supposed to attend for three days.
Hotel room was just OK, we cleaned few surfaces, it was very plain, nothing special, rooms didn't look exactly how displayed in photos online. Our sleep was interrupted throughout the entire night and in spite of informing front desk nothing was done about it. If you want to feel like you're sleeping at the bus station, this is your place. Our trip was cut short because of that. I was supposed to attend and work MATS vendor stand but I was unable to find another hotel, therefore I was forced to return to MI much earlier than expected. No partial refund was offered.

The location was good about 20 minutes to the conference location. Nice and clean and stafff were wonderful.

Maybe the owner or staff did not trust their customers because they needed a deposit I had travelled around 40 countries, but i was shocked that the hotel I paid for the customer needs deposit,,

They couldn’t find my reservation finally found it just to not have a room. I needed two queen beds but had to use a roll away because they gave my room to someone else.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and definitely went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met . I wish I could remember everyone’s name to mention them by name , My hats off to the service and dedication to Carlos he is just one of the amazing employees , Crystal at the front desk , thanks to everyone that was involved this past weekend, I recommend this Establishment!!

Great location near the airport. Free parking. Clean room, mostly quiet and a comfortable bed. Decent breakfast included.
The outdoor pool was not open until Memorial Day. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Noise of the highway!

The room was a very good size however, the lighting was poor in the main room. The coffee was good after four (4) cups (they were very small). All the staff was very friendly and welling to help.
As above the coffee cups was about 4 oz. and for coffee that is pretty small. There was an odor on the second floor (guess where my room was). The hotel was very close to the highway and with every passing car you could feel the vibration as they passed the rooms.

The breakfast was the only good part of the stay.
The smell of smoke in the front lobby or the elevator. The really noisy bathroom fan. To close to the highway noise couldn't get to sleep. The security deposit charge on the credit card that I cannot get refunded. The double charging on the credit card that is not being refunded.

it’s located nicely around a 15 min drive to downtown Louisville. the room was clean and comfortable. free breakfast was good.
during night the lighting from the parking lot creeps into the room even when u use the curtains to cover the window fully. this is not good if u want to sleep in darkness.
