Two staff member were rude: front desk lady Bobby couldn’t even crack a smile. One rude hispanic man followed me from front desk to the dining sitting area asking where my wristband was when I had NO INTENTION of eating there simply wanted to see what the options were before paying $100 for my kids and wife. A simple question would have been: will you be eating with us today? Not yelling out loud “where are your wristbands like it’s illegal To walk thru a lobby that was connected, ridiculous.

Very peaceful and front desk personnel were welcoming.

they wanted to charge for early check the wi fi and breakfast they should have put that in the price of the hotel don’t say yes you can have early check with no price quoted and yes we have breakfast no price quoted yes we have wi fi no price quoted this is a real scam!!!
