Breakfast was unavailable on Sunday, 7/23. The girl at the desk told us that someone had called in and had no one to make breakfast. I understand sometimes call ins happen, We still paid for breakfast and did not get it so that was a little bit of a bummer.. Also I love the free laundry so I guess when it's free you shouldn't gripe But half the dryers were broken. Overall, the property was really nice, and breakfast was really good when we were able to have it. I'm 80% sure I would stay there again..

Have a plan in place for breakfast. In the event someone calls in. Just not serving it should not be an option. And in my opinion, this poor business.

It is a great location with lots of food, shopping and entertainment near by. The staff were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was average for free hotel breakfast. It was nice to have access to the juice & soda machine at anytime and not just during breakfast.

There was a strange odor when you got off of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Luckily it was only in that area of the hallway and did not travel into our room which was relatively close.

I am a regular returning guest. I requested a quiet room on high floor in advance of stay. I was given a room next door to screaming children. Cleanliness was sub par. Staff less than friendly.

This is a pet friendly hotel. Our first two nights were next to a room with a dog. The dog barked late at night and early in morning. This disrupted our ability to go to sleep an woke us early in the morning. Additionally this room was above the mechanical room and various noises persisted throughout the day and night which also disturbed us. We were forced to change rooms due to these disturbances.

Perfect location easy access to everything we needed while visiting our friends in Frisco.

The breakfast was great with a good variety and healthy options! The rooms are clean and have everything you need if you need to stay a while. Perfect close location to kidzania and our other activities we were in town for! we will be back :-)
