The fire alarm was not handled professional.

The hotel was a short walking distance from where our training event was being held. The property was beautiful and very well maintained, but that wasn’t the best part, it was the staff that made our trip so amazing. My sister went with me to a training event. It could have been a bad time because the airline forgot to transfer my sisters luggage and we did not rent a car we just used Lyft drivers. The closest Walmart or Walgreens was 4 or 5 miles away so we couldn’t just walk over there real quick to get the necessaties and we were on a tight schedule. When we arrived at the hotel we told the front desk staff, Ryan, Sebastian and Maria, that the airport might be dropping off my sister luggage. They were so friendly and helpful, they offered us a toothbrush and comb : ) We ended up taking another Lyft ride back to the airport to get my sisters luggage and when we arrived back to the hotel it was Bismark who greeted us this time. We only stayed 2 nights at the Omni Frisco, but those 4 staff members really made our experience exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel because the staff was so amazing and the property was beautiful : )

We loved the location. Very clean and always a Dallas Cowboys Fan!!

From the minute we got on property till we checked out, we were always greeted with friendly staff. Our view from our room was beautiful. Our room itself was clean, and comfortable. There was constant activity and noise outside due to it being a game weekend, but once in our room the sound was gone. Definitely worth the splurge while we were there

everything was wonderful except the room location.

everything was wonderful except the room location. i was not able to open my curtains bc the room was on a floor where people were constantly going back and forth RIGHT outside my window. i would have NEVER picked a room where i could not open the curtains, and if i had opened them, people would be directly looking into my room and at me. thats how close they were to my window and people are loud. this ruined the beautiful room for me. i hate not being able to enjoy natural light but even more, i hate people roaming about my window all day and night. never will i ever again. one and done for me!

The staff were extremely helpful

There was a slight booking mixed up between the hotel system and the third party. The hotel cleaning staff should pay more than the usual attention to the base of the toilets.

It was real nice but I wanted the highest floor to see the Cowboys ford center practice facility
