Rooms were b CB lean and bed was comfortable

Security side doors seemed they weren’t all that secure. Hallway carpet dirty. Warned by other guests, don’t leave valuables in a vehicle. “Interesting” individuals wandering the parking lot. A low budget hotel next door Maintenance leaves a little to be desired.

I am an active traveler but have never stayed in such a poorly managed facility. I had to try 4 room keys before my room door would open. Even the maintenance man key would not work. The only way to turn on the TV was to point the remote at the adjoining room. There were no cups or glass in my room. The ice machine did not work. The fridge in my room was iced over. The fire exit doors were so hard to open that only a strong man could exit during a fire. When going to front desk to complain, there was dog poop on the floor in front of the desk clerk. I asked if he would like me to clean it up since I was a dog owner, and he said yes, thank you. I walked across the room floor in white socks, and the bottoms turned black. When I asked several employees why things were so bad, they replied the owner is willing to only spend money on the bar and not the rooms. I recommend that travelers avoid this hotel, and the franchisor reconsider the relationship

The male desk clerk July 12 th -13 was clearly , incompetent! They didn’t clean the room ! Never answered the front desk phone. Soda machine didn’t work. Hair dryer non functional!

The breakfast eggs and sausage were cold over one hour prior to the posted closing time. The coffee was empty and unavailable. There was an attendant in the room, but she made no effort to ask how everything was or if she could help me.

I had difficulty getting to sleep, with loud television noise coming through the connecting door to the next room as late as 11 pm.

For us a good night's sleep was what we needed and what we got.

The amenities, staff was really great and helpful

Our door wouldn’t lock when we left the room, There was hair in our shower, pool was questionable

We were given keys at 9am because a room was clean and we didn't have to wait around till afternoon.
