Great room!

We used a debit card to hold the room when we made our reservation. When we arrived at the facility we gave a different card for the room. The front desk person took the credit card information but the room was not charged to the new credit card. My concern is that they took the information from the second card.

The desk staff were very helpful no matter what my concern might be. The bed was super comfortable and their breakfast options included scrambled eggs and sausage links. The thing that I really liked was that the cleaning products they use left a very light refreshing scent in the room rather than an overpowering, harsh chemical smell you find in most motels.

The building is older and shows the wear and tear yet everything was very clean . Parking is not plentiful and was made worse due to the piles of snow here and there.

All the amenities I wanted plus lounge with a free drink, hot tub could of been a little hotter to my Temperature. But easy registration. Curtains in room tricky meaning inside white curtains close for privacy learned that at checkout. Excellent breakfast and pool 🏊‍♂️ inside

Curtains tell customers about the privacy one. Breakfast lobby far away not in neutral area.

The building seems to be a little dated and in need of a refresh.

Everything about the property was run down and dirty. Our tv didn’t work in our room, nor did some of our lights. Found trash under our bed, dirty walls, dirty carpet, dirty elevator. yuck

The facility was dirty. Looks old and run down and definitely not worth what we paid for the night.

the front staff are great, and the breakfasts are always fantastic and the beds are comfortable

our room was open when we got there, the table, bedside table and the bathroom vanity needed to be cleaned. I had to remake the bed, the mattress pad was half off one bed and both beds looked as though someone had been laying on top of the covers. the bath tub has hair stuck to the walls of the shower, the whole room looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned. and the fridge needs to be defrosted.

Lots of parking. Closeto highway. Lots of walking distance restaurants. We were given complimentary drink tickets for on site lounge which we took advantage of. Good limited menu of apps and decent pizza. Breakfast included.

The staff did what they could after we got dirty rooms twice so I appreciated their effort to fix things. The location was also good and they had plenty of parking spaces. Beds were comfortable.

Felt like a bunker. Carpets in hallway were extremly dirty and filled with what looked like crumbs. We first got a room with dirty used band aids on the nightstand. I complained, we got a new room. The new room was not cleaned which meant we had to go complain again and get a third room! By now both my mum and I were exhausted because this hotel has the longest hallways I've ever experienced and we had been travelling all day. The last room we got were cleaned and a little bigger. The fridge was full of ice so not possible to use. There is loud noise from what I think is some sort of ventilation system (I noticed this in all the rooms). Also seemed to be poorly sound proofed (noisy in the night from the hallway and neighboring rooms). Was looking forward to swimming, but the pool looked dirty and unsanitary with crowds of people sitting right next to it.
