No breakfast it's seasonal.

I had to escape to wrap presents. I forgot scissors and it was to late to go and get a pair..the night staff saved my tail, super thankful for them...merry Christmas 🎄

This hotel is dirty nasty and the mildew / cigarette / dirty smell in our room caused us to walk in and walk right back out and leave. There are broken down cars in the parking lot and I am sure people live in some of the rooms. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving.

Close to Johnson County Airport for the Moonshiners paramotor fly-in.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond. While i was checking in there was a problem with my booking. They took care of it and got us into our room after driving 9 hours, the tv wasnt working and my kids wanted to watch a movie and the staff got a tv and remote that worked with my son Xbox so he and his sister could watch movies. The staff at Americourt we're so pleasant and just amazing.

Breakfast was cold cereal. Not good. T

That hotel needs a complete renovation. Curtains were disintegrating. Vanity had crack the whole length. Mold and chipped paint everywhere.

The breakfast was plentiful, and self-serve. Besides cereals and assorted bagels/breads, they also had hard-boiled eggs, and do-it-yourself waffles. The rooms were large, and the beds and bathroom were clean. Really liked that they were pet-friendly. My little dog was a trooper, and had no problems there. Just beware that another dog may be across the hall barking at each other for a bit. Staff was nice and helpful with any questions we had. The A/C worked well, and the room was relatively quiet.

The chair had stained upholstery, and the carpets were dark, so best to wear socks or shoes. Time to upgrade the bathrooms though, and recaulk and repaint. The beds squeaked when you sat/moved, and the one next to the door was sagging in the middle, so we slept on the other bed, was somewhat better.

The whole facility was in disrepair, carpets disgusting, wallpaper falling off walls, tub was all stained on the bottom, the room was damp the entire time and so much that our clothes were damp. Breakfast bar looked ok but we only had coffee the first day which was not to our liking at all.
