Clean spacious great location

Pool was closed but not listed no toilet paper one tv in the living room was all snow and tv in bedroom some channels wasn't able to see

Everything. Everything was dirty and not in repair. Staff was unfriendly.

The bed was comfortable. Even with stained sheets and extremely musty old carpet. Pool looked clean from a distance. Check in was very slow and he almost insisted we put up a extra deposit.. we were checking in super late and we were exhausted.. this was over the top especially since we pre-paid and called ahead to advise late arrival. I would never stay here again.

Stained sheets. Musty old carpet. 2 inch gap under the door to the hallway. Lights flickered . Frig would not get cold. No adjustable thermostat. Coyldnt find anbice machine anywhere.. I could go on and on.

Sheets was dirty and my room was dirty. Food in the microwave, baby food snacks behind the microwave... Just nasty.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly but lacked knowledge.

The staff did not know how to use the software. They couldn't find my reservation. It took 40 min to check in!!

Surprisingly it was quiet which is a huge deal for me since I'm a light sleeper

It was so dirty, so plain, no breakfast, drug dealers in the parking lot, I was so scared to stay but I couldn't get a refund so just dealt with it

Nothing to like about this visit. Rude staff. Less than quality provisions. Patel Motel Cartel more worried about $$$, than giving people an adequate stay.

No pool. No work out room. Clarion now makes you put up a $50 deposit when checking in. Management's ability to speak English is extremely questionable. Clarion is no longer "Pet Friendly." NO breakfast whatsoever. NO coffee cups in room. Wall above bath tub in dire need of repair. Waited for an hour for tech to come to room to program the TV. I won't be back to stay here again.

The hotel literally has a for sale/lease sign outside. The room we were given had cockroaches crawling on the bed and there were dead lady bugs everywhere. The tub was chipping and the lights didn’t work.

Had to go back to the front desk after checking in because key card wouldn't work. Also needs some cleaning up in the bathrooms tub was a little dirty and one bed was very comfortable but the other was very hard and uncomfortable.

Nothing Good about this hotel. Way over priced and they don't care for customers. If you fall short of caring for people at a hotel at least try to fix things and not make up stories that are untrue.

Whatever you do keep Moving, DO Not And I mean DO NOT Stay Here. This was the worst experience ever. They said online they have a pool and breakfast. But when you arrive they have a note at the desk that explains why they won't have breakfast (lack of staff and to keep customers safe) Reception area looks nice but don't let that fool you that doesn't reflect the rooms. The rooms are dirty... Bathroom not clean at all. Vents are caked up with dust and dirt. We found bed bugs in the linens and showed the front desk lady Rachel. She was very rude and even had a conversation on her cell phone in the back where she thought we couldn't hear her and said we looked dirty, and she wouldn't let us speak. Kept speaking overtop of us. She stated that we are trying to scam the hotel. I have pictures of the bed bugs. Once we seen them we didn't even shower or stay any longer we got our stuff and headed straight to the front desk. Horrible experience. Jay Patel you need to do Better. If Rachel is the face of your hotel you will never thrive. The worst thing do to is to judge someone and make up lies. Find out the entire situation before making a decision and learn to look at the FACTS not "KAREN'S" I mean Rachel Opinions. FACT your hotel has BED BUGS!!!
