Convenience and location

We were having a family reunion with our kids and grandkids. The rooms worked out perfect and the kids used the open area with the tables and sandboxes to play in a lot. We loved the pool and the shuttle. I want to give special praise to Jessika Chaney who patiently answered all of our questions before and after and helped to make this such a great time.

While we were there, a baby from another unit stopped breathing. Our daughter and son-in-law are cardiac nurses and ran over to help revive him. They sent someone to the office for an AEC/defibrillator but none was found. Both of the nurses felt that with the number of people at the resort, the pool and the fitness center, there should be an AED available. I might also mention that only two BBQ's worked so there was a line to use them at times, All in all, however it was a great vacation spot!

pool and bar area were very nice. Suite was large and comfortable.

Only fault was the hottub/whirlpool---it didn't work.

Our apartment was very spacious. It was clean. It was centrally located to anything we found to do on the island. Nothing took more than 12 minutes to arrive.

Quiet and no noise at night. Place was very clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Dastance from the beach was more than we would have liked.

I had the 3bdrm and everything was clean and comfortable. The master room bed and separate bathroom was very spacious

Only complaint was the 3rd bdrm had a door access to the king bdrm. Also the bathroom was far away

everything and the people everywhere we went was friendly

their wasn’t a Fence around the swamp and I seen a alligator on land but he didn’t both us but for the safety of kids, it need a fence

My bedroom did not have a bathroom and I had to travel through another bedroom to get to shower.

The rooms were very clean.

The kitchen sink needs to be a double sink. The kitchen appliances need to be upgraded. The drains in the shower had hair in it and did not look too clean. The toilet brush cleaner needs to be changed after each guest...especially with COVID. The toilet brush cleaner should not be stored in the cabinet.

The rooms were ok. Kitchen is small but ok.

The behavior of the staff. The front office staff was very very rude. Especially the lady Stephany. She was lying at my face for every single thing. We booked a 3-bed and 3-nath VILLA. But they gave a condo with 3 small bedroom and just 2-bath. When we asked why have you given just 2-bath as we have more number of people and we have all the details while booking, she was telling BOOKING.COM did not provide any such details. That’s why we gave you whichever was in the available pool. Stephany was also not accommodating 30 minutes of delayed checkout of 10.30 AM(the checkout time is 10 AM). She was telling me that the room is booked to another person just after your checkout. I asked how can that happen? You may need to clean the room and arrange the room and then someone can come in, right? And your check-in time is at 4 PM only. She told that yes, another person is coming and we also need to clean the room. We had to leave the room before 10 AM only in a hurry. Did not feel comfortable at all. We paid too much of money and they treated us bad.

Everything. The area was quiet and serene. I really enjoyed my stay on the property. We loved that there was private beach access within walking distance, biking trails, and great accommodations. Everything was exceptional. Location was perfect.

The condo was the perfect size,for me and my family the view was gorgeous and it was close to the beach

The only part i didnt like was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub and that the sandbar was not open but everything else was fabulous i really did enjoy my stay

The amenities offered was great!

I didn’t like the fact that there was an alligator on the property with no gates to ensure it wouldn’t attack anyone

Everything was in great distance from property and as always the property was outstanding. I will always stay at this location.
