ottimo hotel a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di atene. servizio navetta gratuito per/da il terminal. staff gentilissimo. per andare nel paese sul mare più vicino basta chiedere alla reception e con un supplemento ti portano dove vuoi.

The driver was very friendly and flexible with pickup and dropoff times at the airport.

The bed and pillow in the room was small and uncomfortable.

Many thanks to Mr Andoni for looking after me. The airport pickup was great as I was severely delayed and the flexibility was appreciated. The Hotel is convenient to the airport and fine for an overnight stay and great value for money.

This is not a luxury hotel - it is clean and basic. It was find to do some work, and I had a comfortable night.

Shuttlebus

Friendly hotel staff, very comfortable bed, good shuttle transport from airport, clean room.

Rooms as our, with street view, are very noisy as this street is full of cars even during a night. It would be good to have opportunity to buy coffee or tea in the hotel or to have facilities in rooms to prepare tea/coffee ourselves.

Host picked us up and took us to the airport, which was a huge help. He directed us to a small local restaurant a couple blocks away.

The location was amazing. Perfectly close to the airport. We enjoyed the outlet mall area nearby and we also went to the zoo.

In the description of the property it says “McArthurGlen Athens is 1.9 miles from the accommodation, while Metropolitan Expo is 3.6 miles away. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos, 3.1 miles from Stone Palace Hotel Free Shuttle From Athen's Airport, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service.” We didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because I we were coming from another Greek island, but to our surprise they charged us 15€ to shuttle to the airport. The last sentence clearly states the property offers a free airport shuttle service. The a/c unit we were in didn’t work as well and it was very hot trying to sleep even though the beds were so comfy.

We got there early like 10 ish in the morning. We didn’t expect to get in our rooms but hoped to drop off our luggage. The doors were locked. Customers opened the door for us. There was no one available to talk to for awhile.

Property was nice and generally clean. Rooms were an accurate description and a good price.

There was no one in the lobby at reception the whole time we were there. We were also told after we arrived that we could have had a free ride from the airport which was never communicated. We asked them to arrange a ride to Athens and were told one price, then ended up having to pay 50 euros more upon coming back because they said there was a miscommunication. Patio door handle was broken in one of the rooms and wouldn’t lock in another. Wifi was spotty.

Rooms are decent and clean. Beds are comfortable. Good air conditioning.

The primary reason we chose this hotel was the location to the airport and the transfer service offered. Airport pickup and drop off were consistently late. We stayed at this hotel twice during our vacation and on both visits we experienced the same issue. We waited 45 minutes for pickup from the airport after a full day of travelling. We were the first drop off in the morning (5:45am) and this transfer was also late causing us to be late for check in. There was no reason to be late and I expect he just overslept. I had to phone the driver as he was no where to be found. Being rushed and stressed for the start of what was a very long travel journey ahead was disappointing. The driver also drove extremely fast (due to being late) and we did not feel safe at all. Also note that there is a 15 euro charge for after hours pickup/dropoff. This hotel would be fine for one night airport transfers if there was better communication and promptness from the hotel around the transfers.

Nice building, helpful staff and owners, close to the airport, optional shuttle bus service, clean and modern rooms.

No door between bathroom and room, but maybe that was temporary. Walls are a bit thin between rooms.

Both transfers to the airport were done in “race” driving mode. For someone accustomed to the Mediterranean way of driving it can be OKish but it was borderline dangerous, hectic at best.

A terrific location and exceptional staff. This stay was just what we needed. We will look to stay here again if we need to be near the Athens airport :)

Comfortable beds, with good mattresses. Modern AC, specious room and bathroom. Close to the airport, Aquapolis water park and the designer outlet shopping mall.

It says an apartment however it is more like a hotel room. It was missing coffee/tea making facilities, a desk and a chair in the room would have been ideal too. There was enough space for them. Other than that nothing else to complain about. Just some small details that would add value to the property.

Close to ATH airport. Super friendly and responsive staff that were very helpful!
