The property was awesome loved it. Felt like I went back in time. So much history. Very cool. Staff were so nice and helpful.

Nothing even the parking wasn’t bad. No on site parking unless you can find a spot on the street. But, parking garage 1 block down.

Hotel was quiet.

There was no security at the front like the other hotels, so I was not tempted to stay out too late.

The room was spacious and well decorated.

The fireplace made a loud noise and was very ugly (electric) - not seen in photos. The room lighting was subpar - one light was broken, and in general lighting was too cold. The hallways had an atrocious smell that gave my friend a migraine. While the photos look good, the actual experience was not good.

Charming, historic hotel in a great location.

Room needed a fridge. Lobby and reception were also a bit depressing. Could use some light and music.

beautiful old building, the room decor was stunning and the bed was incredibly comfortable

Had a hard time checking in with my Canadian credit cards. They worked everywhere else just fine.
