Not much

This place is great. Stayed one night to attend a Buffalo Sabres game. There is a free train outside that takes you right to the arena. Parking cheap right next to hotel. The restaurant was great, our server was so nice. The pool was nice for our kiddo. Very spacious room and comfy beds!

Toilet leaked the entire stay leaving the unventilated room smelling like urine.

All the staff were lovely

There were many panels of peeling wallpaper, which is very unattractive at 200+ a night. The join hilton honors breakfast and credit situation was odd.

I absolutely loved the staff. They were so amazing and accommodated to everything we needed. Very clean and sanitary. Love the view, especially for breakfast. Very safe and comfortable!! Definitely coming back!!

I had to go home. I loved everything about this place!

Very nice location. Downtown Buffalo is a really nice area and I hope the visit again soon!

a lot of people asking for money outside, they were all nice and I felt so bad for them, but it isn’t the hotel’s fault or the homeless people’s fault, either, it just made me sad. I am friendly and empathetic and from a large city so I wasn’t afraid or anything, but some people might not understand.

The hotel was perfect, located in the city center. The staff is kind, the bedroom very comfortable, the room wide, as well as the bathroom. It was also very clean and silent. We ate in the hotel restaurants and the chef prepared a very delicious dish. Unfortunately we stayed there for just 1 night but I strongly recommend.

The convenience! Everything is practically walking distance, and close (walking distance) to; food, shops, attractions etc... I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buffalo for an NHL game; the city of Buffalo offers free 'metro' or 'above ground subway' service (on special event dates) that is literally across the street from the Hilton. Fast and drops you off right in front of the Keybank Center! Amazing! Overall, a great sprot also for just causal walking the streets!
