Very hospitable staff. We had traveled for 8 hours with a pet and knew that check in was at 3.00 pm. Dog could not wait for so long but upon request asked them if we could check in earlier and they gave us the room no questions asked.

the lady at check in at night was kind and friendly other than that everything else was not acceptable

i never even got any breakfast when i went down there there was nothing i was quite disappointed heard a dog barking all night so i slept like crap and the morning strff was rude and very unkind dont think i will stay here ever agian

Having a kitchen

Despite the fact I requested a ground floor unit my request was ignored. The reason is because this site is almost exclusively long term renters. This could have been communicated with me but went. In addition, the clientele seemed a bit seedy and there was no luggage carts available upon check in because tenants had them in their rooms. There was also no breakfast, allegedly because of Covid. The kitchen had no equipment other than appliances. Not even a kettle to boil water!!

that it has a stove fridge and it was very clean the young lady that helped us at the front desk was so nice and patient with us i want to thank her it was our wedding night and we enjoyed ourselves thanks again
