Waited. At the front desk for over an hour hotel has no elevator and I had just injured my right knee the bed frame was for a queen bed and the mattress was a double so it made noises everytime u moved had 1 blind with many chunks taken out of it so no privacy

The location is great. Because you got restaurants shopping,gas stations ,donuts.,.

I don't like it was not going to check in which is about every weekend. They're always saying they can't find my reservation I share them confirmation number. I go there to relax. And when I arrived I just want to go to my room take a shower and lay down for a nap. Before I go to my second job. Lot of times I can't do that because it took so long to be checked in. One time it took almost an hour and a half to be checked in. Sometimes you will find coffee other times the containers empty. The walls in the shower are always got black marks going down it very dirty looking. I look behind the toilet it was a lot of dirt behind there. Sometimes you will find very loud people in the building. Which at that point I just turned up the TV. The lighting around the building if they don't turn the lights on it's very uneasy because you have people that are begging for money.

Everything about the hotel was a mess! What they show online how the rooms look, is not how they look in person. False advertising!

The place was a mess no tile in hallways exposed nails in steps . Hallways smelled of urine.

Prime location multiple restaurants in walking distance

The hotel is under renovation there were no carpets or tiles on stairs, just wood and nails sticking out. The bathroom had apparently just be redone the crew or housekeepers didn't bother to sweep the crud from the corners and lining along the tub. Like literally chunks of caulk or whatever. Half the furniture was makeshift put together I wouldn't waste my money again, I know you get what you pay for I would've paid less and gotta a better room in ocean view or vb ocean front from the same company or similar.

Staff friendly front desk

Friendly and accomodating staff, proximity to a huge number of fine restaurants, and easy access the bext day to the highway down to the Outer Banks.

The motel is under reconstructions; serious renovations are going on. That makes it a bit awkward, as all theit parts are not yet in place. Having said that, they know this, or course, and are going out of their way to be accomodating as the work progresses. That is as of September 2022. If you are reading this afterwards, all may be completed.

the only thing I really didn’t like is I felt unsafe a little bit coming back to my hotel at night time, there were a lot of men that kept staring at me while I was walking back in.

It was disgusting the bed was not changed it was just terrible we left .We wanted something around the area of our relatives it was convient with waffle house next door has a gas station on the other side of the street . We took pictures we stayed five - ten minutes in the room and we left.... hairballs from other people were under the sheet the chairs where old it was just disgusting 🤬

Umclean it's was disgusting everything looked dirty and used like someone used the room and attempted to make it look it was fresh 🤬
