ランドリーの乾燥機がチェックアウト時間までに終わらなかったところ、待合室を使わせてもらえたので助かりました。空調の効いた部屋で、コーヒーを飲みながら洗濯物が乾くのを待つことができました。

朝食付きプランが欲しいと思いました。また、ブラインドが故障していたので修理した方が良いです。

Limpeza do chão do quarto deixou a desejar, o carpete estava grudento. Dois dos quatro travesseiros estavam com as fronhas sujas. A torneira da banheira ficou pingando e o ar condicionado é extremamente alto.

The air conditioned it was not working properly, we spent 2 nights there, the first night we arrived around 10:00 pm because the traffic, I set the AC on but it was so noisy and because a lot of vibration the cover felt off, so we didn't use it. The second night we arrived early at night, around 8:00 pm, I set the air conditioned on for 2 hrs. to cool a little the room in order to sleep, but even it was hard for us to sleep well in that conditions. Also at our arrival to the property the employee gave me a flyer, stating what it was a courtesy from them and they said, "complimentary, water, coffee or Tea. Next day I asked for a water bottle and the lady in charge sent me to closer gas station to buy it?
