Clean rooms and great staff

It was very clean

I had no complaints

Easy access, easy connection to Wi-Fi.

The tub wouldn’t drain fast, the fridge was leaking a bit, the floors were not clean, you would have to clean your feet before getting into bed if you hadn’t been wearing socks around the room, and the bed was firm so for those that like a firm bed would be ok but for those that like a bit more cushion would not like the beds.

it was nice, it didn’t stink, everything was clean.

I don’t like that I found 2 roaches luckily wasn’t in the bed.

they didn’t return my deposit and she couldn’t figure out how to and also caught an attitude with me because I wanted my money (deposit) back

it was clean

had to change room right away. the air con and phone not working. second room the refrigerator not working and Ice maker not working. it said breakfast they don’t serve breakfast since Covid. also remote had not batteries, they change them but next day tv prompt batteries low. so had to call on them again. we I told them at checkout about refrigerator not working. they just said it’s the holiday no technician. on second day they didn’t clean room or put new towels. it was late when we got back to room very disappointed
