Cleaning staff very rude

Quietness and location

Very clean. Close to a couple restaurants and shops. Pool was very clean. Dog friendly(didn’t charge an arm and a leg either) very big plus!!

Breakfast wasn’t the best.. could incorporate a waffle maker. Pool could use a few umbrellas (just personal opinion)

Room smelled like smoke and we requested non-smoking. There were burn holes in the bedspread. The ceilings were ugly and the bathroom was tiny with cracks in the walls and ceiling

Was a great place to stay while traveling with our dogs. Lots of grassy area for them. There is outdoor areas for picnics/grilling as well. Property is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again for sure.

Bathroom could use updating, I am just over 5ft and I felt like I had to crouch in the shower.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

The listing called for a decent size breakfast included, with the price. And all that was offered was toast and cereal. No drink options available.

The front desk lady was nice. But that’s about the only good part.

Was blood droplets on pillows. Smelled horrible. Took all night for the room to even heat up a little bit.

The breakfast was not a hot bfast which we expected, so that was a disappointment for my mom and me. We didn't want just cereal and so how to go out of our way to pay more for bfast out. The room had some fresh paint to make it look better but the facilities were dated and could use some replacement.

I made a reservation for five people. Three adults and two kids. When we arrived, there were two beds, but no couch or cot for the fifth person. They said there was nothing they could do. They were not helpful at all and didn't even try to work with us to come to some kind of accommodation. All they said was, "rent another room if you want to".

well I learned if you book a few day, you don’t get the service someone just staying over night. We asked 3 times for tp. ..Then I had to go buy tp and trash bags. so there was no room service at all. towels, tp, trash bags soap anything, they said to come to office and tell them. We did…nothing

We killed several roaches in our room. We have video. Will not be staying here again. We frequent this area several times a year. This is our first time staying at Days Inn and our last. Gentleman at counter was very apologetic but could do nothing more. Our room also didn’t have a fridge but I kept our food in the car after seeing the bugs!!

The lady at the desk was extremely nice and understanding.

Walked in the room fist thing the guilts looked nice seemed new so was the paint . The arm chair was filthy and wore out looking. Then looking at the bed saw a bug on it. It was a Bed Bug thank goodness as an ex executive housekeeper for Holiday Inn I knew not to bring in anything till I checked the room. I turned and walked right out of there.

the bathtub was damaged and full of a black stain . we found 5 cockroaches in the 8 hours we were there .

Literally nothing

We had a non smoking room and it smelled like a smoking room. There was cigarette burns in the bed spread, it just felt super dirty. Breakfast was promise but once we went down to the lobby (at 8 that morning) there was absolutely NOTHING! Definitely the WORST place we've ever stayed. Staff was nice though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nothing.

They refused to change our room even though the room stunk so bad it was impossible to breathe. They told us it was because we had booked through you that they couldn’t change the room. I will never book anything through your company.
