The room was huge and I did not expect that! I had a wonderful stay!

They need more outlets, specially by the bed.

For a small hotel the rooms were surprisingly large and well laid out. The furniture and bed was some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced at a hotel. Very nice to have a cover for the car as it was raining when we arrived and could unload and stay dry. The temperature stayed as set and unit was not noisy at all.

As far as small town motels go it was ok. The staff were super friendly on the phone and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate us when we had to switch dates.

The room was very dirty. There were clumps of hair in both shower drains. There was a thick layer of dirt all along the baseboards. The floor felt gritty and dirty. I placed my phone on an end table and when I picked it up I could feel the dust on it. Within minutes of being in the room my throat was scratchy. When we would leave for the day this feeling would go away but would quickly return when we came back to the room at night. There were also several lights that were not working and the king size bed tipped toward the head of the bed making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The carport would have been nice being that we had a torrential downpour while we were visiting however the carport downspout drainage was broken so the water being washed off the roof was pouring down on our car. There was no one at the desk when we checked in or when we checked out so we could not share our concerns with the staff. Overall definitely NOT worth the almost $400 we spent to stay here for two nights!

I like the spaciousness of the property and the location. I bathe past I have always stayed here because it is so convenient, accommodating, and clean!

This stay the property was not as clean. New owners, maybe there are lower standards. It was disappointing. My hope is this is not the norm.

The location was very convenient on the main thoroughfare, close to several restaurants, but still quiet. I've never been in such a large room with space to spread out and enjoy our stop. We're yearly travelers who spend six weeks away visiting our families on the East Coast and stayed in so many hotels along the way, I lost track of the towns, but this one was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely stay again if we take this route back to Texas.

The only thing missing was somewhere to hang clothes since there was no closet, but that wasn't a real problem.

The noises made through out the night. Rooms need remodeling Water Stains on ceiling Tried taking a Shower last night, no running water Tried again this morning and still no running water

I like how are the rooms were spaced out almost as if it was a private home. I loved the huge king size bed and the little kitchen.

I didn’t like how the tv was so small.

Spacious room that was comfortable & parking under a carport right in front of your room.

When going into our room, occupants in a room beside us heavily smoking outside and had an obnoxious dog that barked loudly and they allowed it to walk toward others doing so. I understand not smoking in the rooms which is great, but regardless being outside smoking is just as annoying and stinks. Surfaces inside the room could have been wipes down better. There was a lot of dust & spots that clearly has been there for a while.

The room was amazing. You couldn't tell from the outside but I was impressed. I really liked being able to park under the carport right up to the door.

Personal preference but I think if I was able to adjust the AC colder than 66 it would have been perfect. Was just a little warm for me at night.

Everything it was a great motel, and I would stay again. Hillary was great. The room were perfect and very nice. We plan to go to Mayfield again and we will book there again. The location was great.

There so nothing that we didn't like.
