Está muy bien ubicado y la habitación estuvo cómoda.

La limpieza deja mucho qué desear, incluso había cucarachas en el área del desayuno y el personal no tenía buena higiene.

WORST HOTEL EVER! IVE NEVER HAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I HAD WITH THIS HOTEL.

Main problem was that the restroom had mold and the bed had bugs. The hotel itself is extremely dirty, bed had crumbs and stains like it had not been touched during cleaning. Hotel staff was not helpful, once we saw bugs on the bed we did not want to stay there. We contacted booking.com and they tried reaching out to the hotel to help us cancel but the staff was not answering the calls or email. We asked for something as proof that we had checked out and the staff asked for our email but never sent us anything. Worst experience I've ever had, made my first day of vacation extremely stressful.

Room 229 was great, just crowded. Upgraded to a Suite (Room 308) and it was complete downgrade. The TV was smaller and didn't even work. I called to have it looked at, they couldn't look at it until 5 pm. When they came to look at it, they couldn't fix it. The AC was terrible. It took hours to get the room feeling 'okay'. Outside felt better than being inside that horrid room. The bed was stiff and not comfortable at all. I wish I just stayed in room 229, it felt more like a suite. The owner is an absolute nightmare. She doesn't know how to run a company. She just walks around watching people and complaining to her staff. No one is ever at the front desk, because she has them doing 5 other jobs. So you have to call the number that is posted on the front desk to get someone because they are always away. The owner also harassed her employees about my dog, who is a service dog. They called me and was wanting money in cash, $10 per night, and couldn't just charge my debit card, so I had to go get cash. They couldn't fix the tv when I asked, or let me go into a different room because it was extremely hot, but sure wanted money right then and there for my dog. Then at 10:30 a.m. the staff knocked on my door to see if we were leaving. We told them we were packing and she told us we had 30 minutes.. I'm not blaming the staff at all. They are told what to do. The owner needs to manage differently or not be in her position at all. Terrible experience.

The room was perfect.

Lovely, clean hotel with very friendly staff. We planned to stay for one day, but we had to stay for 4. The nice girl at the reception was very polite and patient every time we extended our reservation

There are better wishes for breakfast, but with the condition of a low price, even this was not a disappointment

The location was good. The room was clean all those small. Bathroom was nice.

breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel inedible. There seem to be one very Harried staff man running the entire place. It was clearly more work than one person could handle. The gym was closed.

the customer service I received was wonderful. not a big staff but the staff they have are very pleasant.

I had to change rooms because the first room was not clean. but it was an easy fix when I went to the service desk.
